Really nice lunch/dinner.

Went for a bite on Sunday with my sister and a friend two of us got battered cod. The other the madras. All very tasty. Big portions of fish and mash, but no taste was sacrificed. Had lunch here on Saturday. Absolutely lovely and the nicest,pleasant and manner waiting staff you could meet. The lady who served us was so nice and attentive. Will definitely be back. Well done guys.

We came here on a sunday when they were at their busiest so maybe things are differently normally.We got a table but next to screaming kids.The waitress said she would be right back but it was a good while before she did.Also they have brought their prices up since the last time we were here and not worth traveling from... Three of us dined here last Sunday, and we were all really pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. We all had Turkey with herb stuffing, Ham, Roast Potato, Roasted Vegetables, mashed potato and gravy. Perhaps less salt could have been added in the cooking, as the salty taste was a bit more than we all would have... More

As always had a fabulous dinner. Highly recommend the beer battered fish and chips. Really friendly place with excellent staff. Very good with kids

10 months since we last visited but really if there was an award for most improved restaurant and bar Johnstown inn would get it. First of the menu is outstanding,from asian food to fine dining it has everything.It is evident that they care about food. Another thing they have done is made it desirable to stay on after a meal... 15 of us for dinner service very good staff plesent and attentive. Starters mains and desert all very well presented and very tasty. We will be going back again.

Had early dinner there on Monday the menu was Was very good . The food was really tasty and plentiful and well worth the money . Staff were efficient and friendly and polite . Toilets were clean .
