We did have some good food and good service here but the dining area was a little disappointing as it was lacking somewhat in ambiance. Beer was good as well.
We always drop in to Keoghs when we pass through Kinvara , We usually only have a coffee or maybe a drink , but when we called in last time we were hungry and decided to have a bit to eat , The seafood chowder and the all day breakfast went down a treat , Staff was lovely as always... More
We just happened to pull over for a bite to eat and popped our heads in. It was full of locals having lunch. The food was some of the best we ate in Ireland. The locals were great to talk to and we had lots of laughs. The owner was bartending and serving food. He was very nice, ran a... More
We came here on a Sunday night, which may have been the problem. We were told the food in the pub section was the same as that in the restaurant, but it wasn't. The staff were nice enough, the atmosphere was dead (again, maybe Sunday night in January). The food was frankly nothing to write home about - bog-standard. We... More
Kinvara was one of my favorite cities we visited, and this restaurant was one of the reasons why! Great atmosphere, great prices and fantastic food! The dinner of meat and taties was good enough, but the dessert was fantastic! If ever I get to Ireland again, sure and I will eat there again! And if anyone knows the name of... More
Stopped in here after a tour of the Burren. Very nice food, good sized portions and reasonable prices, quick service and the management are reeeeeally friendly :) I will definitely go back there again and would recommend it to anyone! I am especially delighted to have met the owner for the man is a living legend!
We stopped here to eat on our way to our B&B. We knew nothing about it and it turned out to be one of our best evenings in Ireland. Delicious food and a good atmosphere. The owner and his wife were so friendly. We were even given a whiskey lesson. I definitely plan on returning.
Keogh's is a nice, friendly restaurant with good food at a reasonable price. It was one of the nicest we ate at while in Ireland. The staff was very friendly and easy going. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed.
Had an awesome time at this lovely bar. Went for a late lunch on the way back to Galway from cliffs of moher. Great service, very friendly management that were very entertaining. Food was also very tasty and well worth coming out again for! Potato and leak soup was excellent and my fajitas where also great.thanks for a great lunch!
Stopped in to Kinvarra and by chance dropped into Keogh's. We were exhausted and hungry and the welcome we got was perfect. The lady serving us was sound without being in our face, the food was awesome - pretty good price too. The day was cold but they had a roaring fire inside so we were grand and the food... More
