Breakfast buffet

The Breakfast buffet is a good price for kids. It started with the hostess wanting to put us in the sun (no blind). We point out the booth we wanted. Then the waitress was less than friendly...if you don't like your job move on. It just seemed like a bother when we asked for anything. With the... read more

We were very happy with our visit other than I would of been much happier if there were an option to get the salad bar with a price difference if you do not get the meats. I do not eat meat but was told the bar would be the same price weather I eat meat or not.

Food was dry and setting out for awhile. Corn on the cob looked like it was from two days ago and the instant mashed potatoes had a dry crust on top. Gravy was crusted over. Will never eat there again.

Thought Shoney's was a safe deal. Nope. Our group went for the buffet. $11.95 each and included a drink. Only meat on the buffet was fried chicken and a meat loaf. Both not good. Had a salad bar - dressings had been heavily watered down. No dessert unless you count a tray of canned sliced peaches or pineapple. Two in... More

Not great, but not bad. Food was good, though. Buffet looked like it had been sitting a while, but it was not a busy time of day. Waiter was nice, but a little over attentive.

My wife and I went looking for dinner and ended up at Shoney's. The waiter was friendly and their new burgers were good. The location could have been a little cleaner.

We meet at this Shoney's once a month for a group luncheon. They have a buffet breakfast or lunch buffet or you can order off menu. I like the chicken salad croissant with onion rings. We have the sweetest waitress that we all love and she handles our whole group all by herself.

I really can't say that it is the best, but I am always satisfied with the food and service. Their selection seems to have decreased on the Food bar, but there is enough to get a good meal.

Absolutely the worst Shoneys I've ever visited in all of my travel. The food was all cold, the chicken on the buffet appeared as if it was old and sitting for hours the refried in heavy grease to reheat. It tasted as if it was fried twice or old I could not tell. It was cold ad dripping grease, the... More
