The two servers who handled our large banquet group were great. Its hard to serve that many people and they handled it well. To make life easy we were given 3 choices, chicken, fried catfish or steak. Its a steak place so I of course got a steak. It was a thin piece, - cooked to my order. For banquet... More

This place is very close to our house to my husband and I like to visit. The food is good and the view is not bad either. We like that you can bring your own liquor and have a nice dinner.

The food was ok. Price was reasonable. I am sure the atmosphere during the day and when boating can take place would be better. There were many large groups, so the restaurant was kinda noisy. They ran out of rolls. You also can not order any alcohol with your meal. However, you can bring in your own wine or liquor... More

This appears to be an older restaurant but was well run with great service and good food! Hubby & I had dinner here on Valentine's Day. It definitely was off the beaten path. It took us about 25 minutes once we exited off the interstate. Dee was our waitress, she was very attentive without being intrusive. Hubby ordered prime rib,... More

The restaurant was very clean. The ambiance was perfect. We were seated quickly; there were a lot of customers, at 6:00 in the afternoon. There were four of us for dinner. I had their stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and Prime Rib for my entree. I was able to have a, rare end cut, which is almost impossible in any... More

Restaurants in the area aren't known for their ability to cater to private groups. "Sure, we can accommodate you" a place may say but what they mean is, "we'll move tables around for your group of 17 and give you one server who will be inebriated during your meal.* We don't know what we're doing." Cherokee on the other hand... More

I had the pleasure of eating here with friends, and it was delicious. One of my group had surf and turf, one had prime rib, and I had salmon. It was delicious! Not dry, and perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent, very attentive and quick. The best thing about this place is the price of the food. It is very... More

Forever I have heard of this restaurant and this week I went to a meeting and tried it. In fairness to the restaurant I attended a large (50) meeting and was in a meeting room. I had the fillet and it was tender with a good flavor. However I have had much better. They had crock butter but they brought... More

Loved their food and hospitality. We had the new york strip and shrimp as well as the atlantic salmon which was very good.
