Food is good. Servers are friendly. Went with two friends and had to wait an hour and a half on a Saturday after 7pm. Although we enjoyed our meal, I'm not sure it was worth the wait. If I go back, I will get there very early!

Was so embarrassed, took a large group of friends here for a birthday party, based on past few visits. Had a reservation for 7, didn't get seated until 730. Ordered milk for the kids, OUT OF MILK. SERIOUSLY! ! ordered water for kids in to go cups, NO STRAWS. .. are you kidding me. Ordered Caesar salads with meals, OUT... More

The food is fresh; the rolls are just too good and the steaks are cooked to perfection. We took a five year old with us and the waitress made sure she had her drink in a cup with a lid, brought grapes while we had salads and made sure she was taken care of. This made our meal delightful and... More

This place is know for steaks so order the steak.....ribeye and filets always cooked correctly. Cocktail shrimp large and cold...great taste as the steaks. Too noisy inside we always go at sunset. Always during the week less crowded. Patio seating.

This is a great restaurant. You sometimes have to wait for a table, but it is well worth the wait. Surf and Turf is Fantastic. You can go by car, or take the boat and dock just outside the restaurant. They do not sell Beer or wine, but you can bring it in.This is one of my favorite places to... More

We only ate here because we were boarding a Cumberland River Cruise later that evening. The restaurant is old and 'sticky' looking. The menu was pricey and the steaks were thin (rib eye). Our salads were average and the asparagus I had was anemic looking (more pale or yellow than green). The service was good but the food was just... More

I mean, the prices on prime rib are VERY good and the prime rib, itself, was good. Our waitress was a bit slow at first but things smoothed out and, overall, it was a great experience. After dinner we took a river cruise...but's for another review =). The food was good but, honestly, Longhorn gives just as good service and... More

Living in this area for the last 9 years we have been told to try Cherokee Steak House several times. We went for the first time about a month ago. It was not what I expected in a steak. It tasted just like the steaks I make at home with McCormick steak seasoning. I was hoping for a much better... More

Floors, chairs, high chairs, menus, and tables all greasy/dirty. Hated to even put my daughter's clean car seat carrier in the high chair that had years worth of dirt caked on it. Lettuce in salad looked anemic. Steak was flavorless and charred despite ordering it medium. Waitress offered to get me another steak because it was clearly burnt. The second... More
