Bake house Cashel

I have been to the bake house for breakfast and the food was divine . The one thing I would say about it is that is very small it it is not suitable for a large crowd but it is still gorgeous . Downstairs you can buy cakes, cupcakes, bread and things like that. Upstairs is where u can eat , there... read more

My son and I stopped here for a quick lunch, the place was teeming busy which is always a good sign, we were served promptly by pleasant staff, the food was lovely, my son aged 10 cleared his plate, I'd certainly go back.

The bake house looks lovely but avoid at all costs. The manager is extremely rude and test of the staff aren't great either. The place could do with a seriously clean its manky dirty with old tired carpet wallpaper coming off the wall plates and crockery all chipped waterspots on the cluttlary. Cakes aren't great they seem artificial or something.... More

We drove into Cashel and, anxious for a break before seeing the Rock of Cashel, sought out a place for coffee and tea. We’re glad we stumbled upon this one! It’s in a charming structure with slightly warped walls and floors. It was teeming with locals enjoying late morning coffees, cakes, and teas. We ordered coffee, tea, scones, and a... More

I visited the Bake House twice this year, on the way from the Ferry and when returning to Dublin Port. The Bake House is a Georgian/Early Victorian Building over 3 floors, the first floor is the bakery where a whole host of lovely things are for sale with two floors of dining tables above. on the way from the port... After a trip to the Rock of Cashel we wandered back down into the centre and spotted the Bake House straight away. It was busy but we found a table and had the most delicious coffee cake, served with small teacups of creamed - scrumptious. Very homely place over three floors and very pleasant staff.

This never disappoints. Very good fresh food served by friendly staff at a very competitive price. Great place. One of the best around for lunch.
