I was so looking forward to my next visit to Olives with daughter and friends. Ordered breakfast of scrambled eggs, toastie and coffees which came to €20! For two. The portion of scrambled eggs wouldn't have filled a baby and the filling and quality of bread in toastie left a lot to be desired. I was so disappointed as had... More

Have been here a few times now, the first time what I got was actually very good. But every time I've visited here since I have been less than impressed, food was very ordinary and came on plate with no garnish what's so ever which not great. Sandwiches are pricey enough just to be handed a sandwich on a plate... More

Olive deli is a lovely relaxed cafe/deli! The staff are always very attentive friendly and helpful, they all work very hard and provide excellent customer service! The food is of a very high quality, great range of organic and vegetarian options! The coffee is very good, all round I have never had a bad experience! I personally love the place,... More

Olive Skerries is a must for anyone visiting or living in Skerries. The food is incredible and the staff are lovely; the choice of artisan food amazing. It's just a shame I live so far away. Can't wait for my next visit!

We called in here for a sandwich and a coffee. While the coffee was good and hot the food was underwhelming. We ordered panini, that was all you got, just a panini plonked on a plate, no garnish/salad etc. At €6 it's not much to ask for. Disappointing after reading the reviews.

Often visit when i'm in Skerries. Wonderful. I recently had the falafel, which was delicious. There is plenty of vegetarian options. Also of note, Olive seem to have recently become more competitive with there prices, with deals and specials on. The menu seems to have a great amount on it recently also, which will definitely keep people coming back for... More

Stopped in during a cycle having seen recent good reviews. Coffee, smoothie and scones were all very good. Staff were excellent. The terrace seating out front was fantastic in good weather. Hope to return to sample lunch.

Olive is a very nice cafe to relax for a coffee and scone/pastry on a nice warm morning or afternoon and people watch. It is mainly outdoor and covered with a good selection of pasteries/scones and also does nice warm snacks.

Based on tripadvisor reviews I was expecting a quality lunch, unfortunately my experience left me wondering if Skerries has a case of the Emperor's New Clothes? The café was full, its a pretty little place, nice wall tiles and counter and a cosy atmosphere. The very short lunch menu (made even shorter by one of the listed specials being washed... More

Thank you for your constructive criticism. As a business, we value your opinion greatly and we are always learning and trying to improve. Our daily special hot roll is usually a pork neck or other joint of meat slow cooked overnight and sometimes on busy days, we have noticed it is beginning to sell out too early and this leads... I feel it's time to write about Olive again, as the last time it was just a restaurant, now it has added a deli. Outside the front was packed, inside was packed and the smoking area was the same, why? Well, because it is simply the best. Oh! Yes it may be a little untidy at times because they are... More
