Good food and great service

The service was great. The waitress keep checking on us and was very polite and smiled a lot. We ate breakfast and I had the French-toast. It was very good. Bacon was a little well done for me but it was okay. The grits were good but not the best in this area. Will try it again in the future.

Was there this morning after a Doctor's appointment and had a great breakfast and my husband had a very good Reuben sandwich. Every time we eat here we are treated very well. They are prompt with service ever when they are swamped with all the tourists that are visiting the Smokey Mountains and the area around. All in all this... More

Amazing food, fast service and wonderful employees! Our waitress was very kind and helpful! Can't wait to go back for some more of those pancakes and sausage.

They have great service which is quite rare to find these days. The waitress was checking on my party in a reasonable time frame. In other restaurants in the area, managers tend to stand and watch the staff work while going around asking the customer if everything in okay then marching back to their post. The Flapjack's manager was actually... More

We can't ever leave the area without having at least one breakfast at Flapjack's, even if the hotel has free breakfast. This trip we stayed in the north end of Sevierville so chose to stop at this location, near the interstate, on our way home. This morning it was not busy at all so we got a table right away.... We eat here often and are always greeted with such friendliness and the service is excellent no matter how packed it gets at times. Great tasting food and plenty of it!

The restaurant is so clean and inviting...the manager came up to check up on us and made us feel so at home. The food was amazing! This was my first time eating here and I will be back again at this location!
