Delicious food and huge portions

We have eaten here several times and the food was delicious everytime. Portion size is perfect for both children and adults. Friendly staff. We will be back.

We were seated as soon as we came in. That was the best part. Then we sat for 20 min.and waitress said sorry I was busy. Ordered our coffee and 10 min later it came back warm. I ordered the Townsend Skillet with my eggs fried hard & told waitress completly hard, they were jelly yellows. She said sorry and... More

What a wonderful surprise for breakfast! Ms. Vivian was an amazing waitress! She was helpful, friendly and you could tell she genuinely cared... I think this restaurant group really could benefit by having new staff shadow her for training. Our food was fast and fabulous! Thank you for great service and a great final breakfast to end our family vacation.

We stopped at Flapjack's on our way home after a great week in Pigeon Forge. The Reese's peanut butter and chocolate chip pancakes are superb, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. We had so much, we took some home with us. Service was excellent.

Lots of choices for breakfast. Generous amounts of food and coffee cup is never empty. Service is always with a smile.

Told wait would be 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later, had marked off our name without calling. Had to take two tables. Coffee cold. No biscuits. Friendly waitress. Poor busboy - only one. Not worth the cost for breakfast.

this was my second trip to Flapjacks. the restaurant is clean and attractive. You are greeted promptly and the waitress is friendly. Took forever to get coffee and she served a couple that came after me at the same time. Restaurant was not busy, maybe 3 tables. Food served hot and attractive. Then, my waitress became involved with other employees... More

TripAdvisor listed FlapJacks as 1 of 26 so we decided to breakfast there. Ordered omelet breakfast and a Rocky Top skillet. Omelet was average and potatoes were fine. The rocky top skillet breakfast was served on a plastic plate shaped like a skillet. (Sad face!) Biggest complaint was all the food was barely warm. Their signature pancakes were not even... More

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The server, Vivian, was extremely friendly and helpful! We highly recommend the chicken and waffles.
