I work in Pigeon Forge and pass this location on my way home. I stopped around 12 midnight one night to feed my craving for the little squares. Little did I know that they restaurant closed at midnight(lots are open 24hrs) I apologized multiple times for inconveniencing them. The manager and cook on duty went out of their way to... More

How long do you have to wait for a burger! These people are always so slow!! Be willing to wait 15 minutes + for your food! I guess new management suitable!!!

If you have not tried steam cooked light burgers you need to try Krystal. If you have tried them before or have tried the Northern version called White Castle, then you need no more description. I can also recommend their chill pups and are very tasty. This location is within a half mile of the I40 exit 407, during south... More

My husband didn't care for Krystal's, but I on the other hand loved them. They remind me of White Castles in Michigan, lol

Krystal is known for their little burgers which are good - however, they seriously need to improve their fries. They are very plain and barely cooked - nothing crispy about them. I saw the Kryspers on the web and wanted to order them but found out they only have them for breakfast. They looked much better than the fries but... More

They fix them the exact way I like them. They are spicy and browned to perfection and always cooked completely. So important for chicken products.

We don't have a Krystal in our area so it was a long time since our last visit. The restaurant is in a Shell station. Easy to get to. Seemed clean. Food was great!

We were looking for a late snack and not a full meal. We had not been to a Krystal's before and didn't know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and spent a lot of time patiently explaining what the menu items were. We opted for the original Krystal burgers that were small but tasty and all we wanted... More
