I won't buy anything from this Starbucks or any other in Knoxville. A large portion of employees in at least three local Starbucks are alcohol addicts or pill addicts- I don't mean partiers, I mean full-fledged rehab reject addicts. No thanks. Not gonna be their supplier through salary or tips.

Stop by a Starbucks for a latte every chance I get. Don't every order plain coffee. Really love their lattes and some of the fru-fru drinks.

Good for a quick pick-me-up. Nice little variety of breakfast or snack products, small sandwiches. Made fresh daily. Friendly staff.

Love their "frequent flyer" card and perks. The Fall flavors are the very best but my fav is the Salted Carmel Mocha. I love the pumpkin muffin. I like that each and every staff member is confident in their ability to make you the very best beverage.

I wouldn't normally rate a location I frequent but this is the Starbucks I most visit. The closest Starbucks is 20 miles from my home. This Starbucks is the most friendly I have ever visited and the one I frequent anytime I am in the Knoxville area. Anytime my order was not correct, they were quick to mend the issue.... More

I think their coffee tastes like the beans were over-roasted (burned?). Their non-coffee selection is pretty good, but costs too much. I don't really go here unless someone else invites me or if I have gift cards to use.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, went out of their way to help me and the brew was made to perfection. They have a drive-through for those of you looking for one, though the location can be a little tricky during rush-hour.

This is your typical Starbucks so the coffee is what you will get in any other Starbucks. For travelers, this Starbucks has a drive thru and the barista at the window was very nice and it wa genuine, not the fake small talk, but genuine interest and just the right amount of conversation to keep you engaged. I highly recommend... More

Starbucks is okay. This particular location is just like all other Starbucks. The coffee is overpriced, overrated, and not worth the money. The food is okay, but how hard is it to make breads, cookies, etc.? It's really sad that Starbucks is listed as one of the best restaurants in Knoxville.

I love Starbucks! The coffee is great and so is the environment of the coffee house. If you didn't know, Starbucks has free wi-fi! No matter where you are in Knoxville, a Starbucks isn't too far away. I would recommend the caramel frappuccino, or the white chocolate caramel frappuccino. They are my favorites!
