Great place for lunch or happy hour

This is our favorite casual place for lunch or happy hour when we're downtown. It's easy to find on Gay Street. A wide variety of menu items, attentive servers, relaxed atmosphere, and reasonable prices. You can't miss !

This place was amazing. Stopped here on our way to the zoo. The guacamole was delicious, beers were great, and everyone's food was perfect. I had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich... Definitely would come back again and again!

This is one of our favorite places to go in Knoxville. Excellent craft beer is made on site from Woodruff Brewing Company including their most popular beer: Downtown nut brown. The also have great food and outstanding service. Two levels of inside seating and a outdoor patio leave plenty of space even on weekends, and there are lots of TVs... More

The menu has something for everyone. Great location in the middle of Gay street in the heartr of all the downtown action. Service is always friendly. Dining room is loud!

Usually my first stop in Knoxville. The beer is excellent, I am a fan of the stout. The menu has a nice variety and the quality of food is great. It can get a bit crowded but wait time is usually not very long. Service is very good. Definitely my favorite Knoxville destination.

My wife and I both had Dan's Chicken Pasta, and it was fantastic! Both of our Caesar salads were very good as well. The chips & salsa appetizer was also good. Would definitely recommend this place!

Downtown Grill and Brewery is a great place to dine for Sunday brunch! They had a jazz band playing and your first mimosa was $0.25 cents. My husband ordered the breakfast fajitas and I had the biscuits and gravy with breakfast potatoes and sides of bacon. So yummy and the prices were good. A new favorite spot for Sunday Funday!

Food is always good, never had a bad meal there-there is usually a wait depending on when you go. Service is always good but it is a bit loud for conversation.

several visits over the last 10 years and really enjoy the atmosphere and beer - first and foremost and the food and service are really good too. I like the beer sampler, the downtown blonde, the nut influenced brews. Most recently the black and bleu salad (went with the Caesar) was a HUGE portion - I carried out and made... More
