Can't come to Knoxville without stopping at Littons restaurant. There grilled chicken sandwich is the absolute best aand they are always voted best burger. There burgers and sandwiches are served up on a fresh homemade bun. Fries are cut fresh when ordered. There desserts are divine but better get them to go because the portions are hefty. You cannot be... More

Ate here with another couple after attending a movie on a mid-week night. Two of us had burgers and the other two had the Jim Fielden chopped steak smothered with grilled onions. All was tasty and good including the sides and clam chowder soup. Wanted to try the delicious looking desserts but were too full after finishing our meals. Everything... More

We had dinner there with our daughter on Friday night. They have a nice menu and the food and service were excellent. I had the Jim Fielden hamburger steak smothered with grilled onions. It was great and the onions were plentiful and grilled just right. The bakery has a wonderful variety of desserts. We had the red velvet cake and... More

You won't find a more casual place to eat with quality beef, home-cooked vegetables, and the BEST desserts.

Burgers. The best for miles around. That said, I think my favorite thing is actually the grilled chicken salad with homemade bleu cheese dressing. The dressing is awesome, and the salad is fresh. Lots of history here - Litton's has been around for a long time. Because it's good stuff. And there is dessert. You can ogle the desserts as... More

Litton's has the most wonderful cheeseburger! And, though, Harrison's is super, too. And need I say about dessert? Their cakes, particularly Italian Cream and Red Velvet, are beyond delicious. The restaurant is casual and the prices are somewhat high for burgers and dessert, but the service, the quality of the ingredients gives them high marks. Although I would not select Litton's... The food is great and I would go here on a date night with my wife but its expensive for a family. The last time we ate here as a family(2 adults and 4 kids) We spent just over $100 and didn't get anything fancy. The food and service deserve 5 stars but I'm giving 4 because of the price.

Great little restaurant...one of the best in Knox. Tasty burgers and equally tasty fries. The red velvet cake is also a must try for dessert. Be prepared for a wait and for prices a little higher than usual, but it is worth it!

There is a reason this place is awarded the best hamburger in Knoxville every year. The meat is great but the buns are home made and they're outrageous. They just melt in your mouth. And...the desert are incredible. Go for the coconut cream pie. Their specialty. Not too fancy but worth the trip to Fountain City.
