Best Kept Secret in Fountain City

We were out running errands and decided to try the Creamery for lunch. I ordered the Turkey Parmesan Club Sandwich with a side of Sweet Potato Fries and an unsweetened tea. The three layer sandwich consisted of turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and a Parmesan cheese sauce. It was so thick that I... read more

Went here today for Brunch. While the food was good, the service was way slow. Like 45 minutes to get our food. The server seemed to have no urgency at all. He would probably have been ok if we left before being served. I had to ask to see a menu after 10-15 minutes. People waiting for seating were confused.... More

My family and I attempted to go last weekend. They close at 9pm and we arrived at 8pm. We were surprised to find that the doors were locked. There were 3 people eating in the restaurant. The waiter and another staff member made eye contact but no effort to explain why the restaurant is locked up an hour before closing.... More

Traveling on I-75 and searching for a nice lunch spot with a dog-friendly patio--my husband found this listing. Called and said they had 2 outside tables for 2 and would welcome our little dog. About 3 miles off the interstate, but worth the extra few minutes! Fabulous burger and milkshake, tasty salad/half sandwich combo, plus lots of ice water for... More

My wife and I always enjoy going here on a Sunday morning for brunch to enjoy strawberry waffles, blueberry pancakes, or whatever other delightful breakfast special they have. It is in a quant little store front in Fountain City with lots of character. The only downside is parking but don't let that stop you because it is worth the little... More

I grew up in Fountain City and get back down that way to meet my friends about once a month. Love this little place across from Fountain City Park. The sandwiches and sides are good as are the salads. Had a lovely lunch after church on Sunday and enjoyed the desserts as well. The only downside is sometimes they get... More

I stumbled upon this restaurant a few months ago and I cannot get it out of my head. The atmosphere is quaint and charming, unassuming even. The food was incredible - fresh, creative, well-seasoned. I dream about the waldorf salad and the crab cakes. My only complaint is the chocolate cake to ice cream ratio in the chocolate fudge cake... More

I love the atmosphere at this restaurant. It is in an old building in Fountain City. The waiter was very nice and considerate , but most importantly the food was excellent. I had a huge salad with grilled chicken and I enjoyed every bite that I could eat. It was so big I think I left as much as I... More

Loved salads. Dressings are homemade and wonderful! Burgers and fish are good also! Haven't had anything bad. I love the soups in the winter. The harvest melt sandwich is great and enough to share. It's chicken, apple slices and cheese with lettuce and apple vinegarette dressing to dip it in.
