Copper Cellar was one of our favorite restaurant in Knoxville. The last time we visited the prices went up 25-33%. I love the fried shrimp which used to be $19 and include choice of salad. It is now $21 and with a salad $25. The prices on the menu went up and no salad included with any... read more

My wife and I were in town for a Convention and were looking for a resturant that offered steak on the menu. We went on a Thursday evening. The resturant was not crowded and we were seated right away. Had a very friendly waitress and service was very good. The house salad was big enough for 3 people but very... More

Top of the line food. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Service was impeccable. Very reasonable prices go such quality. We eat there several times a year

The Copper Celler West proivdes a refined atmosphere and an excellent Sunday brunch. It is never overly noisy - even with a large crowd, and the booths (especially) give some isolation from other patrons. The array of items on the brunch buffet is quite wide, and everything we've tried is quite good. There are the usual breakfast items, fried chicken,... More

Our dinner group was to dine at Cappuccino tonight. We had reservations for 7:00. Granted we did had one couple a few minutes late however our server struggled to get drink orders, never explained the specials nor took our food order of any kind, entree or starter. We were there for an hour when he returned to question a drink... More

For 30 years this restaurant has been our go to for a Prime Rib dinner. The Italian side of the restaurant has some excellent dishes however you can no longer order from the Copper Cellar menu so you cannot get Prime Rib here. The Sunday Buffet is something to experience also. Knoxville has many good restaurants however when we are... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment about Copper Cellar. We are very proud of our reputation for being the best steak and seafood restaurant Knoxville. We cook our prime rib like no one else. We are offering strawberry shortcake right now. The all new Cappucino's is now a separate entity and is not your main stream... More

I have eaten here 3 times in the last year. The first time the overall experience was good but the main dish was just average. I went back to try them again about a month ago and had a great meat with a ribeye being the main dish. Last night I tried the ribeye again and it was a bust.... More

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I'm very sorry it was not up to your satisfaction. What troubles me most is that a manager did not visit you or made aware of your unsatisfactory steak. We hope to have you back again and please ask for me. More

Perhaps the best test of a restaurant is when you go with a large party. The food is very good, but I got the biggest salad I've ever seen. What's the point of that? For $3 less they could give you something more manageable. I went with a large group, we had 2 waitresses, and neither was friendly. We sat... More

This restaurant has been around for decades but it always delivers high quality food at moderate prices. I have always like the breadth of their menu (including the fact that there is an attached Italian restaurant and you are allowed to order of either menu.) Difficult to find that diversity at most restaurant. In addition, they are one of the... More

Thank you very much for your comments. We pride ourselves on being the best steak and seafood restaurant in town. We offer the best choice and prime selections available. Our Sunday brunch buffet is legendary and we offer the same prime rib on the buffet. The all new Cappucino's is now a separate entity, having been renovated from dining room... More

From the first encounter with bread and olives in oil to the appetizer, salad, entrees and dessert, the food was outstanding. Service was also five star. We have just travelled to Philadelphia and West Palm Beach and had not encountered any food that was prepared, presented and enjoyed any more than this beautiful meal! Thanks to the chef and staff... Thank you very much. The all new Cappuccino's is like no other Italian restaurant in town. Chef Frank Aloise has brought his family recipes in and puts a lot of love in the food he prepares. More
