Every year around the holidays I look forward to eating at Copper Cellar. I choose it for birthdays and other special occasions sometimes too. The food isn't service are always very good. I had prime rib and jumbo shrimp. Everything was good. Our table was ready pretty much at our reservation time on New Years Eve.

After sitting for 10 minutes waiting on wait staff walk all around, my partner got up and had to go get one while several were standing talking to one another! The food was excellent! Wait person horrible! It took another 10 minutes and we had to ask for the check. We were only there and hour and 7 minutes exactly!... More

For a nice looking restaurant. Atmosphere was very loud. Food was not liking to my southern taste. Had the Teriyaki Chicken with rice and Blue Cheese grits. The chicken tasted like Teriyaki but also like it was cooked on a dirty grill. The rice was under cooked. I tried the blue cheese grits on a friends recommendation and I still... More

Great place to celebrate victory or (more often) drown sorrows after Tennessee Football games. The wait is well worth it.

I have dined here on several occasions over the years. The service is always attentive and the steaks are always cooked to perfection. The salads are also big and fresh. Always a great meal!

Probably the best place in town for birthdays, graduations, etc. Service, varied menu, atmosphere, large tables for families, all at reasonable prices.

This is another place that my wife and I go at least once a month. We just visited again this last Friday. It is our place in town for a steak or some crab cakes with some delicious side dishes. They also have a great Sunday brunch. While this is a good review and I still love the food, you... More

They don't make places like this anymore unless one is willing to put up with the plasticity of a chain (Morton's, Flemmings, Ruth Chris, etc.). Dark, woody and cozy, the Copper Cellar is THE place in Knoxville to enjoy a long conversation with a special dinner companion(s) while enjoying old fashioned drinks, great steaks and fine wine. Food, drinks and... More

Sorry to say after visiting on many occasion for Sunday Brunch , we we're quit surprised to be turned away this past Sunday because they didn't have time to accommodate us because they were closing soon and no one seem interested in cleaning off a dirty table for us to sit. This was on Memorial Day weekend , with the... More

It is nice to eat at a real steakhouse. Nice cuts of meat and seafood. Steak house sides like twice baked potatoes and so many more. I ate here with a big group and everyone was pleased with what they ordered. I really liked that someone shared their spinach macaroni and cheese. My prime rib was prepared perfect. Many delicious...
