Our family of eight, all adults, enjoyed the Father's Day special at the Copper Cellar on Kingston Pike. The service was excellent and the food was "over the top." I enjoyed a made-to-order omelet followed by fresh fruit, cheeses, and steamed shrimp. The cost was a little more than we are used to paying for a regular brunch, but the... More

If you are looking for trendy, hip, modern dining, then this place isn't for you. The place hasn't been updated since the 70's. I personally like it that way. If you want a great steak or prime rib served with a wedge salad and baked potato you are in luck. They also have great fresh seafood and good wine selection.... More

We discovered that Copper Cellar (west) on Kingston Pike has a Sunday Brunch for $16.95 for adults and $8 and change for children. We enjoyed it so much that we have returned several times and added diners to our group each time. There are bountiful offerings of both breakfast foods as well as luch.dinner offerings on this buffet. There so... More

I have lived in Knoxville my whole life and never ate here. My husband took me here for my birthday and it was great! The service was friend and fast. The atmosphere was nice. A little dark but I guess its to set the romance mood!!! Loved the way it made it look like a cellar though. The food was... More

Maybe Knoxville just doesn't have a wide variety of restaurants, but I do not understand how Copper Cellar stays open. It is dirty and the outrageously-priced food is gross! Very disappointing.

My wife and I went there earlier this week and were really disappointed with the cleanliness, food quality, and value. The restaurant is dark and very outdated: old, dark, dirty carpet with old, dark, dirty drapes. Once we saw how dingy the place was, we were surprised that it didn't smell any worse than it did. The table we were... More

Went after a game, so it was packed. But the lively bar area was great way to pass the 45 minute wait. We ate downstairs, which we were told was "fancier" than upstairs. Our server was prompt and attentive. Friends ordered salads, salmon, and steak. They were all declared great. I had lemon chicken, which was okay. I would recommend... More

Going to the Copper Cellar I was excited to experience some high-quality food in a restaurant with a pub-like feel; however, going into the restaurant I was greeted by the smell of "public bathroom", that cleaner and cheap soap smell. I thought it would be only in the front area by the hostess stand as the bathrooms were near the... More

We wanted to eat where the UT kids hang out so we went here. It was nothing great. Nor, was it bad. I had a turkey burger and it was what you would expect. My son had wings. He thought BWW better. But, again, he didn't think they were bad.

My husband & I celebrated our wedding anniversary here along with friends (also celebrating their anniversary). The restaurant treated us royally, enhanced by our waitress, Brenda, who even took our photos and mailed them to us. Dinner was delicious and perfectly cooked (I like a rare filet). The other three had veal oscar & veal marsala, also described as delicious.... More
