I was taken here on a business dinner recently. I ordered the Cannoli Pasta. The garlic bread was excellent, and it's one of those things you have to pace yourself on so that you have room to eat your main course. The wine list was average with a limited selection of low-budget table wines. more
Great dining experience! Skip the chain restaurants and go here for a unique dining experience. Food was great. Garlic rolls were fantastic. Excellent service. more
Altruda's is one of my favorite Knoxville restaurants. I have enjoyed this restaurant for nearly 20 years. The owner is wonderful; he insists upon excellent staff in all departments. The menu is very consistent and also excellent. In numerous visits, I have never had a disagreeable experience. The salad is more than memorable, especially accompanied by the fabulous garlic rolls.... more
We love this place! It is great for friends, family or a romantic date night out. The dress code is everything from jeans to dressy (it is very popular with local high school students on prom night).
