Kabuki has really good sushi. It's one of the better places to get sushi in the Knoxville area. Even though they serve hibachi lunches and dinners, there is no actual hibachi for you to sit at. That was kind of disappointing for me, but my dinner was still really good. You get a lot of food if you order a... More

We are new to the area and I was having a serious sushi craving and googled places nearby and was pleasantly surprised to find this treasure. Although small and rather noisy at dinner time the seervicd and food were excellent. We had the dragon roll, red snapper and steak dinners. Lots of food and very reasonable prices. Our entire meal... I opted for the "choose 3" sushi lunch special. I had the Philadelphia roll, the California roll (can you tell I love avocado?), and the seaweed salad. The lunch also comes with soup or salad and I opted for soup. The soup and seaweed salad came out first. The seaweed salad was one of the best I've had. It was... More

I had been to Kabuki before and had a very good experience, the food was very good and the service as well. This last time, well, the food was still good but they were playing this awful punk, techno style music and very loud. When I go out for a meal, I like to relax, if music is playing it... More

I'm originally from Knoxville and currently live in Alexandria, VA. We try to have sushi whenever possible, and we are aware of the difficulties chefs have when making this fare. My wife and I visited Kabuki for the first time on a Saturday afternoon during an off-peak time (2ish). We found the restaurant clean and the servers very friendly. The... More

We were near Turkey Creek, and decided to try Kabuki for lunch... on Sunday. The interior is dark and stylish.....lots of black...with a mix of booths and tables. thee majority of the menu is either hibachi type meals (but no hibachi grills with chefs in big hats, thank goodness!) or sushi. I decided on one of the few other items....Udon... More

My fiance and I wanted something light to eat as an early dinner and decided to try Kabuki. The interior makes you feel like you're in a swanky bar - it's very modern and elegant. There are many options to choose from but we stuck with the California roll, edemame, and some tuna nigiri. It was the best sushi I've... More

I frequent Kabuki for lunch about 1x a month, alway good. Prices are reasonable, and quality is outstanding. Order the lunch combo sushi, with crab salad, you'll love it!

My husband wanted to eat here because he love the volcano roll, and asked if they had it. They assured us they did. What he got was an odd, very pricey roll unlike any he had before. He wasn't thrilled with it. I got the salmon and vegetables, and it was very thin slices of salmon with sauteed veggies. I... More
