I've gone to Coolato Gelato so many times since my last review; I had to update. I love their quiche; I love, love the smoked turkey panini (tomato chutney is crazy good); I love their lobster bisque. So many things to love. Just a couple of weeks ago, I actually finally (finally!) went to Coolato Gelato on a Saturday night... More

We were hanigning out around downtown and we ran into the parking officer as he marked tires, (not ours!) and he was more than happy to tell us a few lunch spots. The way he explained the lunch special at Coolato, we had to go. What a sweet spot, Soup, small cute sandwich, fruit cup, and a cookie. Belly's were... More

We were on road trip and we were stopping by Knoxville. Then what happened POP went the weasel! We found this place called Coolato, and we just wanted to try their latte and ... Boom it was amazing! Now seriously, the coffee is just like Italy. The best texture and flavor. Perfect made. The salad was great and the owners... More

My family and I visit Collato Gelato often during the hot and steamy months. Can't go wrong with any flavor of gelato...it's all good! Plus they have a variety of pastries and hot sandwiches too. Can't go wrong!!

We actually planned on just stopping for gelato but we ended up staying for dinner. Their sandwiches and sides were wonderful. We lucked out and hit the bottomless soup special on Monday nights. And of course their gelato was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. Kids are welcome and they have a kids menu too. Tons of outdoor seating and... More

One word homemade gelato and a several flavors, some a little unique than others. I also go for the gelato, however I have had their cobb salad, which is awesome. I love their soups and lattes. In the summer they have lots of outdoor seating. Do not pass this place up if you are ever downtown Knoxville.

They have the best gelato! And really interesting flavors. Everyone is really nice and it's a cozy little store. The other desserts are of course delicious, as is their other food. They will let you try up to 3 flavors to decide which you'd like to have. I always get the two flavor size, and it's very affordable.

Stopped in Knoxville on a trip back from gatlinburg. Never been to Knoxville so we drove around till we found a spot to grab something to eat. Came across this place by accident and was drawn in by the special. Had a mini ham sandwich, fruit cup, massive cup of soup and red velvet cookie for 10 bucks all served... More

City was pretty sleepy when we were there, so all we did was stopped by at Coolato for gelato. Wasn't impressed... But it's still a nice place to chill in the day.
