From the curb appeal to the delicious food, everything was wanderful. The pecan pie gelato, my fav followed by Dulche deleche steamer. For take home, i chose the Red Velvet Brownie.....simply divine,

The Gelato is great, my favorite is peanut butter fudge, their other desserts are tasty as well. And the employees are always nice and let you try many flavors.

Their portions are very generous, I ordered a small and it was plenty of gelato. The Aztec gelato has habanero chili powder in it and is great if you like spicy foods. It definitely has a nasal burn but isn't painful, the flavors of the habanero and chocolate really were great together.

We just stopped in for a quick coffee because we were early for a movie. What a gem we happened upon! Great atmosphere, yummy treats, and a very interesting menu. We will definitely be back to sample what looked like some great food.

Everyone at Coolato sincerely apologizes for your unfortunate and unacceptable experience. As you can see from other reviews, this was an abnormal situation for Coolato. Foolishly, the owners took several days off to visit their grandson for Christmas. Two key employees were unable to work their scheduled shift that day, due to high fevers, which led staffing to a minimum... More

Have had meals, gelato and coffee drinks here. They are all great! The toasted marshmallow mocha is my favorite!

This is my favorite lunch spot in Knoxville! Beams me right back to Italy every time I order. Aside from delicious gelato, of course, the panini, salad, and soup selections are YUM! And there are dozens of macaroons to choose from...a sweet surprise to the first time visitor. I highly recommend.

While the cups look small, they overflow them with gelato. I got the large the first time and didn't even finish half! Now I usually get the small with 2 flavors and it's more than enough; plus you save some money!

The fruit gelato is incredible! I got peach and raspberry, but was really blown away by the peach flavor. DANG SON. They had a tiramisu flavor that was basically gone when I got there, so I imagine that's probably REALLY good too!

Thisis my kids and I favorite place in downtown to get a gelato. The price is pricey but what a treat! There are different flavors of gelatos which sometimes gets changed around each month. I like how I am able to sample a flavor before deciding what I want to eat. The staff are friendly, helpful and always have a... More
