French Market is a lovely little creperie in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Both the sweet and savory crepes are amazing and freshly cooked to order. The coffee is a delight. If you're craving macaroons, they have theirs imported from France. Enjoy!

I chose this restaurant because of tripadvisor & pleased that we went to the French Market. Traveling with vegetarians in the south where pork fat rules can be a challenge. So we were pleased with all the options on the menu. I chose the smoked salmon crepe but did not notice the buckwheat option until after ordering. But I did... More

While the crepes are a little expensive ($8-10), they are worth every penny. I tried the turkey, bacon, avacado, and swiss crepe and it was delicious. Go sit outside and take in the great views down Gay Street!

Finally, we have a restaurant that's not just pancakes, eggs and greasy. We dined at the new location of the French Market in Farragut. Great ambiance and service. Food was great. Definitely a must try. I hope we get to see restaurants like this instead of the crappy chain ones in our area. BTW, the regular coffee was very good.... More

Love the crapes! Nutella mmm mmm mm! Staff is friendly and a cute atmosphere. Kind of pricey, but it's worth it!

I love French food. I've had it straight at the source (Paris) and found that you can find just as good anywhere! The French Market is a fast-food version of the famous crepe. You order it cafeteria style and it is brought to your table. It is served up on paper plates but the price reflects this. This doesn't detract... More

This place has ruined me for crepes anywhere else. Love, love, love the strawberries and cream crepe and also the baked brie cheese topped with cranberries and almonds. If I'm wanting a savory crepe, I always go for the ham and cheese. I can't say enough good things about this quaint little shop. When I'm in Knoxville, I always stop... More

We have been to the gay street location several times and always love their food! Tried the Farragut area one today and it's just as great but with more space for dining and enjoying their delicious crepes. Try the strawberries and cream yum.

We have had lunch here twice in the last year and both times have been excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant both inside and out and the Staff are wonderful. If you are a fan of crepes, or if you just want to try something a little different, I highly recommend giving the French Market a try when you find yourself... More

Oh my goodness! The crêpes are fantastic. They are made in front of you with an authentic crêpe maker. They have sweet and savory, both equally delicious. If you are looking for something a little different, try the French Market!
