Have eaten two days in a row. Once For Breakfast AND It Was Delicious. Signature items were tasty. And once for dinner. Didn't know they had wine and beer and even cocktails. What a great surprise. Will be back.

This is kind of a new idea. You walk in choose your meal in a way that you put it together your way then give the order and they give you a number and deliver it to your table

If you are looking for a quick, inexpensive Sunday brunch in downtown Knoxville, Trio is the place. They have a great "Ezza" which is like an individual quiche topped with your choice of toppings. Excellent flaky crust and just the right size. My wife loves the veggie Ezza. A good buy at $4.99. I tried their french toast casserole which... More

This restaurant had quite a selection for the menu. Unfortunately, my selection was not what I expected. The chicken pot pie was not really a pot pie. It was more like chicken with "some" vegetables and a pastry topping. My boys seemed to really enjoy their selections. One had a cheeseburger and the other had the RBC. My wife also... More

We really enjoyed our dinner at Trios. The salads were delicious and the Shrimp and Grits with Pesto were amazing. Too bad this restaurant is located on Market Square which was full of ruffians throwing hunting knives into the grass and trees and panhandlers.

Actually the second time I've eaten here. Both times were great. This time I order the veggie panini that comes with portabello mushrooms, red peppers, spinach, and Havarti cheese. They come with kettle chips and I opted to exchange for fruit salad for an additional small fee. Very good sandwich and the fruit were sizable chunks of melon, pineapple, and... More

This restaurant specializes in salads - You get a check-off list and get to choose anything from types of greens to dressing and add-ons. I am not even sure they offer anything else... The restaurant is in a nice location on market square (pedestrian only zone), and both indoor and outdoor seating is possible. Definitely a very nice alternative if... More

Trios is great for breakfast or for lunch. Salads are particularly good, and you get to choose your toppings! The place is clean, and service is always very good. Market Square is a fun place to go, and Trios is one of our favorite places to eat. The breakfasts are quick and convenient on Saturdays during the farm market. Nice,... More

Trio is a great place to meet up for lunch or dinner where you can actually have a chat--not as noisy as some other Market Square venues. Offerings include build your own salads, burgers & baked potatoes. Also have soup, sandwiches, panini, etc. Everything I've had here has been good, and the staff is friendly. This is a sit down... I discovered this restaurant while traveling on business in Knoxville. I had lunch in the restaurant itself and then ordered pickup online for dinner. The menu is fairly extensive and reasonably priced with lots of options to upgrade sides. Everything is cooked to order, so much so that I was able to order baked fries without salt (usually can't have... More
