If you are looking for Oysters on the Half Shell in Roane County on Watts Bar Lake, this is the place! I have lived in Kingston for 30 years and this is the best place for seafood hands down. Great local bands on Friday and Saturday nights year around. Now that the weather is getting warmer, the bands play outside... More

My wife and I enjoyed this simple restaurant. It offers a scenic view of the lake. This restaurant also has excellent food. We appreciated the hard work of the staff during a very busy dinner hour.

It is one of the best places in the area. We really enjoyed the food. It was so busy the second night we were there. We enjoyed taking a walk on the walking path at the edge of the Tennessee river just across the road. Beautiful setting. If we were in the area again we would visit.

I visited Red Bones frequently a couple years ago, but had not been back in a long time due to the horrible customer service of a waiter there... On this visit I was with my Mom and fiance. I thought it may have been a red flag that we were there on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and there were only... More

We visited Red Bones on a Saturday night when there was a live band upstairs. We opted for downstairs dining after smelling the remnants of a really smoky bar upstairs. The menu had several selections but the service was incredibly slow and the prime rib was chewy and their vegetable of the day (wilted spinach) was so salty. For the... More

Being vegan, I was pretty limited in terms of choices here. The group of people I was with seemed to really enjoy their meal. I stuck to the sides, fortunately there was quite a variety of them, all good. The setting is what really sets this place apart. We sat on the second floor outdoor patio and had a gorgeous... More

The food was delicious and the service was very good. Loved the setting overlooking the river. It was neat to watch other diners arrive and then leave by boat!

While on travel for business, we stopped here on the recommendation of one of the gentlemen in our party, who had eaten here several years ago, and remembered that it was very good. That has not changed. For a group of hungry men, the attentiveness and promptness of service was on target, and the food was good and plentiful. Being... More

Parking is a challenge which is a good thing because business was good. Ate upstairs and service was somewhat slow, and didn't get our salad's until we asked about them. Fried Green Tomatoes were Great, prime rib was tough but had a good flavor. We will give it another try because all and all it was ok.
