Contemporary inspired dinning, overlooking the beautiful Clinch River. We feature inside and outside dinning with covered tables on the deck and patio. Casual or classy, we suit either types of occasions. We hand-cut our steaks, and prepare all of our food fresh and homemade. RedBones on the River was the first bar in Kingston to receive their liquor licence. We have Kingston's very first full service bar located on the second floor of the restaurant.

Good Food, Nice View

First time to dine at this restaurant. We had a party of five and the place was busy for a Tuesday night so we were seated upstairs. Our server was also the bartender but she took good care of us. We started with the artichoke and spinach dip which was very good and not as greasy/oily as we have... read more

Beautiful setting over looking the river. A southern menu with the likes of Fried green tomatoes, thick cut pork chops, and or prime rib, mouth watering yet y as when I wrote this review just remembering the Fried green tomato BLT it was outstanding. The only weakness for me were the seasoned fries and they were ok, nothing to sing... More

We stopped at RedBones during a road trip through Tennessee. The restaurant is only 1 1/2 miles off I-40 and is well worth the drive. RedBones is located along a scenic river and is in an older house. It was a great relief to get off the highway and look at something other than the grills of big trucks! The... More

Decided to go to a local restaurant on our travels to a family reunion and found a perfect restaurant. I had the shrimp appetizer for my lunch which had 6 large shrimp on a bed of lettuce which was more than adequate for me. I ordered the mushroom and sauteed onions as well which were tasty but thought they would... More

I had the half rack of ribs with fries and slaw, the wife had a philly-cheesesteak seated on the downstairs outdoor area. Excellent service even though they were really busy and there was a table of 14 being helped by the same server as we had. The food was excellent. I am truly proud to have this resturant in our... A group of us went here on a Saturday night. The staff was very accommodating even though very busy. They had a local band out on the patio playing into the night. The food was delicious and they gave you a good sized portion. They have a full bar and beer on tap and in bottles. Place was very busy.... More

The food is great and the view is excellent from the patio of Watts Bar Lake. The fish dinners are very well prepared, and the sides are very tasty. I enjoyed the Blackened Tilapia, Spinach Maria and Mac and Cheese. We enjoyed the band playing, as we ate our food. It's a great place to go.

If you like sitting outside and watching the river, this is agood little restaurant. We ate here twice recently. The have a full service menu and bar. We had the ribs and flat iron steak, which were both very good. Service was goo and they have live music upstairs in the bar on weekends.
