We ordered take out, nothing special just chicken and ribs. I don't ear ribs, but my husband said they were good. My chicken was very tender and fell right off the bone. The bbq sauce was very good. The sides were another story. The mash potatoes tasted like something you'd get in an hospital. The mac and cheese was very... More

Visited at 8:00 on a Saturday night, they weren't very busy. We were seated & told someone would be right with us. 10 minutes later no one had come to the table although a server delivered meals to the table across from us. She didn't acknowledge us or the table directly behind them, a group of 4 who apparently had... More

The rib were very good and we loved the sauce but the ribs were a bit fatty. It'd be nice if they had something else to drink besides beer but the food was really good! Good for families too

The last few times my family has gone to Pratts, the food quality, quantity, and service has gotten worse and worse. Today everyone's food was bland and soggy. My daughter had some random chunk of mystery meat between her serving basket and the paper liner. Once we received our meager meal, our waitress wasn't seen again until she brought the... More

Have stopped here a couple of times. First time, we had the buffet and it was really good with a large selection. Recently we stopped for a quick bite. Had good service and we enjoyed a pork BBQ sandwich. We also enjoyed the banana pudding for desert!

First I have to say upfront I as a rule don't like buffets, the food at most is way to predictable and bland. This was not the case at Pratts. Everything was hot, fresh and I'm pretty sure didn't come out of cans. We enjoyed all of it. Good job Pratts.

Both the pork bbq and the brisket had a good taste, but the pork was overworked and the brisket was cooked to the point I could not pick it up on a fork. Excellent variety of sauces to select from and the wait staff was more than pleasant and attentive. However a little spice or 'zing' is needed within everything.... More

Worst restaurant in Kingsport server was ok. They served me expired beer there was a half eaten pickle in my mashed potatoes( wasn't very good taters) chicken was awful full of grease and burnt I'm not a picky person but in all honesty this is the worst place I have ever eaten. And to beat it all I had to... More

Our customer Eastman wanted to grab lunch and they chose Pratts. It is a big place inside with eclectic rooms about. We got some fried pickles and mushrooms which seemed to be a big hit. Not into either. We all got pulled pork, turkey type of platter. The thing I liked was how they had several sauces that you could... More

You can really taste the home cooking in every item. We had the breakfast buffet on Saturday and it was wonderful. The hashbrown casserole was delicious !!!! They had a real egg omelet station(yes, real eggs) and fresh homemade waffles with fresh fruit. I cant wait to go back next weekend !!!
