Four of us ordered steaks and one was almost rare, two over cooked (like rubber) and one was just about right. When we go to the Johnson City Long Horns the steaks are cooked to perfection every time. Our five trips to this restaurant each time there has been problems with the steaks. It's a steak house so you expect... More

My fiance and I went to Longhorn not too long after it opened because we had a gift card, and we have not been back since! He had a steak, which tasted funny and he didn't even finish. I had tilapia, and it was decent but nothing special. It was also way too expensive for the poor quality of food.

Hi Pharma2017- It is disappointing to learn you left unimpressed. We are truly sorry that you and your fiances entrees were both less than perfect. This is definitely something we will be addressing immediately with our culinary team. Your review gave us a clear understanding of our opportunities and we would like to make up for this unfortunate visit. If... More

Love this place! The Outlaw Ribeye is my favorite...bone-in, on the char grill. Service and atmosphere are top-notch, too.

We both got steaks and they were done the way we wanted and they tasted really good. Service was on the slow side but we were not in a rush.

Steaks are why you go to Longhorn. The steaks are always cooked correctly. At this last visit the service could have been a little faster but overall one of our go to places for steak.

My husband and I showed up in what we thought were early hours on Valentines Day. We were there at 5:00 and there was already a two hour wait. We did not get to eat that night so we decided to start over with our celebration the next day. We went at lunch and there was no line, no waiting... More

It was absolutely delicious, best steak ever tasted. However, atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Table next to us was never bussed and we looked at dirty dishes the entire time.

When the Long Horn first opened it was wonderful, you could almost cut the filet with a fork and it was always perfectly cooked. The last two times we've been for dinner the steaks were over-seasoned and overcooked. I order steak rare, I can handle med or med rare, but for it to be well done is ridiculous. The wait... More

I go here on a weekly basis with my friends and everything is always fantastic. Yes there are a few mistakes now and then but no restaurant is perfect 100% of the time. On those rare occasions when something is wrong they always fix it right away. We LOVE going here for our weekly get-togethers. The food is fantastic, Outlaw... More

I read the other reviews and maybe they have too? My husband and I have been there twice in the last four months and we have had a great experience. I am hard to please with a steak I like red in the middle and I don't use any sauce so it has to be cooked right from the start.... More
