Not a wide selection of food if you don't eat wheat. Server was more interested in promoting her husband's business than actually serving us. Their deserts are very good though.

This local eatery was a fantastic recommendation from the hotel staff. Economical spot with large portions, good food and excellent service

I am always looking for a different, more interesting grilled cheese and I found it here. The soup was great too. My daughter and I go to Johnson City a lot and finally ate here. We really liked it. We want to try their tasty looking desserts next time.

The atmosphere is pretty neat. The food options are varied. I will say if you get the Maytag Blue Cheese fries, there is a LOT of blue cheese. The pizza is surprisingly good as I don't see this as a pizza place My big issue is being charged for every refill of iced tea. Really? I don't know of anyone... More

This establishment has a unique look, and menu. The menu has something for everyone. The variety of foods and deserts are unbelievable. The wait staff is very professional. Never had a bad meal or bad experience and I have been going there for 3 years now. Love the chips with the sandwich. Great place to take a business luncheon.

The service consistently slow. They never have an itemized bill to know the actual charges. When they add it up at the register, it always seems a lot for what you have gotten.

I first experienced Cootie Brown's six years ago, and found it nothing to come back for. However, after becoming disappointed with Mellow Mushroom's gluten free pizza my husband and I decided to give Cootie Brown's another go. In my twelve years of having celiac (not being able to eat gluten) I have never tasted such a well done gluten free... More

I really like Cootie Brown's! The owner started it from scratch a few years back and the atmosphere is anything but typical. Cooties has a major following of the younger generation, however, there is plenty for old folks too like as well. The food? "Great" is the best way to describe it. Food with a twist? YES! and it is... More
