Amazing thin crust pizza

In the area for the NHRA Drag Racing, a friend told me to try Cootie Browns., so we did. Everyone liked the food and prices. Good wait staff!

We took all our visitors there. It was the #1 priority for food when we visited the area again after being gone a year. Their... More

Tasty food prepared often in a unique way -- large variety of thin crust pizzas, variety of sandwiches, mexican food, and homemade potato chips. Garish colors and recycled and refurbished furniture (for example, old wooden school-room chairs) and veranda -- in good weather -- open air seating. ozr2014

What a wonderful surprise this place was! In Johnson City for only one night and wanted a good meal after a long day of travel. Cootie Brown's was hopping!! The 20 minute wait was well worth it. Fire roasted pizzas were eclectic and great! Every plate looked good. Even offered us a free dessert for the wait.....and (shhh!) we did... More

Funky decor, very decent sandwich, attentive service - then an unfortunate dessert. The pastrami sub with grilled onions, mustard and Swiss cheese was very good, as were the homemade potato chips. I'll go again for the extensive sandwich menu. The menu brags about the Key Lime pie. OK, what could go wrong? The answer is - the Key Lime pie.... More

The moment you enter the parking lot, the music is flowing and the building is already setting the atmosphere. What a cool dining experience with a menu that is so great it will surely take several trips to fully explore. Our food was fresh and so flavorful. Great food at lunchtime prices. Love it here
