Local business owned by local people who CARE about the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, and customer satisfaction. The food is consistently great, but I mentioned service in the title of this review because it is EXCELLENT. You will be greeted immediately no matter how busy they are, each and every host/hostess and server is neat,... More

I have eaten a Firehouse a few times over the years, and it never fails to satisfy. We have several good barbecue restaurants in our area, and this is one of the best. Recently I was in charge of catering an event with about 60 expected, and Firehouse gave us a much better price than another place that I expected... More

This place knows how to cook their Texas brisket. Well seasoned and yummy! I like mine with some of the fat on it but you can get it lean if you want but it's not brisket without that meat butter!

Our family loves the Firehouse. It's a very well managed restaurant, always impeccably clean and the service is known for being excellent. Our little one loves the antique fire engine. The menu has a myriad of great fresh choices, all reasonably priced. The barbecue is above average, and they offer the pork sliced or pulled. The pork nachos are really... More

A lot of people love it I'm more of a Ridgewood fan because the barbecue is sweet and smacks your brain as you eat it however a lot of people like this one because it is very vinegary I'm not a big fan so if you're into sweet barbecue I would recommend somewhere else

The Firehouse is a great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. Good food and great atmosphere. Would recommend it whole-heartedly. Very close to ETSU and downtown, just off the State of Franklin roadway But if you want serious BBQ and have the time, go to:: The Ridgewood in Bluff City about 10-15 miles from J.C. You might have to wait... More

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a few years now, and finally did this past weekend. I will admit that I had high expectations so maybe that's why I was let down. First of all the location was a little more out of the way than I anticipated. The staff was VERY friendly. Very welcoming and helpful.... More
