They both looked excellent but mine was over salted. It may have been the mushrooms and onions I requested but whatever it was, ruined the steak. The side... More

This Texas Roadhouse is much cleaner than the one in Kingsport. We never go to the one kin Kingsport Tennessee. This Texas Roadhouse in Johnson City is cleaner, but their service is slow. They were not that busy when we were there and it took the waiter 20-minutes to just take our order. Food is okay but nothing to write... More

I was absolutely amazed at the service here. My family of four got to the restaurant at the peak of dinner-time rush in Johnson City. After only a fifteen minute wait, we were shown to a table by a smiling server. Fresh bread was brought to our table three times. No sooner than we would pick up our last roll,... More

Take your ID in with you. Even if you're in your 60's you'll get carded which is the height of stupidity. Common practice for this chain is to have u cut into your steak before the server leaves your table- not in this case .Ours was brought to us, server was gone in a flash. Being carded only happened at... More

We took a fairly large group to Texas Roadhouse and although the service was slow it was a good experience. The waiter got all of the orders correct and with everyone being spread out and on different tickets this was a task. The food was typical for Texas Roadhouse.
