4 of us stopped here for a meal as nothing much around on a Sunday. We were all very surprised with the quality of our meals, between us Steak, Ribs and Fish and all of it was of good quality and taste. About $25 each for food and drinks, good value. Try it I think you will like.

Say what you will about chains but when they are working they deliver consistency. This Ruby delivered respectable fresh ingredients for a pleasant meal. Wait staff was prompt and efficient. This spot in Johnson City was no different than LA or Houston but after a long flight, it was no nonsense nutrition. Thanks

It wasn't very busy when we went in, maybe 10 tables at most and that's stretching it. The waiter came, looked absolutely thrilled to be there. He took our drink order, bought drinks later without straws. Went to another table, did business, then brought straws. He took the order. We waited and waited and it wasn't something that takes a... I always get the salad bar when I visit. The croutons themselves are second to none. The mango iced tea is delicious. Not a huge fan of the little biscuits they bring to the table. The ambiance is nice and the servers are always professional.

Manager suggested a hearty vegetarian burger to my husband, including zuccini, peppers and cheese. He went out of his way to make the dining experience exceptional for a vegetarian at a restaurant that doesn't serve specific vegetarian dishes. Food was simple and delicious. Only complaint I have is that the mushrooms weren't cleaned in the salad bar

My friend & I have eaten at all the area ruby's. The last time we ate at this one I reviewed it as the best one. We wanted to try it again to make sure it was still the best one we have eaten at. I have never had a horrible experience at any ruby's just some better than others.... More

I eat at Ruby Tuesdays in Johnson City on a regular basis. It has good food, excellent service and above all it is a good value. If one likes a good steak the cowboy cut rib eye with honey bourbon barbecue sauce and blue cheese crumbles is excellent. It is not on the menu so you have to ask for... More

I have visited Ruby Tuesdays multiple times and have ordered the same thing for the most part each time. Each time I ordered my dish it was presented different each time. I inquired about the bed of spinach that has usually been under the salmon most of the time I had ordered it. I was told that it doesnt come... More

My friend and I have eaten at many Ruby Tuesdays and our favorite has always been in Sevierville TN. This trip to Johnson City we decided to try the one here. The food was very good. My biggest problem lately with Ruby's is the broccoli in huge chunks and only barely warm. At this one the food was HOT, broccoli... More
