Food is good, music sucks!! Waitress mocked me. Management didn't care. Ok for a quick bit off the interstate. We never got any GD rolls.

I think "OK" just about sums up the restaurant. They like to upsell their salad bar which is plain with just basic salad fixings - nothing special. The food was a bit overpriced, but was decent quality. Not a bad choice, but would probably try other restaurants in the area.

Ruby Tuesdays is one of our family's favorites... Everything is great. .. They have a turkey avocado burger that is one of my favorite meals... and the ribs are always perfect. .

Not many choices at this exit off I-40. But the staff here are very friendly and attentive! And the food was excellent for a chain restaurant. I was there the night Auburn beat Alabama, and the place went wild. Both Alabama and Auburn beat Tennessee this year, but everybody seemed to be rooting against the Crimson Tide. Go, Vols!

This is the third time that I have eaten at this facility and wow, what a mainstay! The food is always sumptuous, including the fresh salad bar. The wine selection is diverse and there are some good values here, especially when one considers that this restaurant is on the edge of a dry county. Another Japanese establishment only offered beer... More

I felt if I paid $8.95 for salad bar, they should at least serve crackers on the salad bar. When we ask the waiter, we were given soda crackers. Quality is not the same as it once was. Most restaurants now serve bread with butter. Service was good.

Thought I would drop in here to grab a burger and few beers to relax. First impression when walking through the door was that it was very dimly lit, but looked fairly comfortable. When I sat down at the bar it was actually much more darker than the rest of the restaurant. I ordered a few of the local pale... More

We have recently come upon this franchised chain of restaurants and to date it does not seem to matter where. We were very tired travelers in the Smokey Mountain region of Tennessee and had a choice of eateries. Thank goodness went with what we knew to be the best for our taste and pocket book. When we entered the restaurant,... More

We eat at Ruby Tuesdays a couple times a month and to be frank, the quality and service had deteriorated over the last few years. It wasn't terrible just not as good as before. But I am pleased to say that they have righted the ship. The last two meals we have eaten there have been very good. There new... More

Staff was friendly, however the crab cakes were not good--too much filling. Two dried out lemons were put on the plate with the crab cake and it ruined the dish from the start.
