My husband, sister, brother in law and nephew ate here in December. The dining area is not pretty so don't expect nice ambiance. There are booths which give privacy. We chose to eat hibachi and were well pleased. Loved their fried rice and the shrimp and scallop mix, my sister also tried the same. The others had steak and shrimp... More

Yes, Korea cuisines in a Japanese restaurant. Try it out :) I found this out unexpectedly. Other sushis and Japanese foods are quite descent here too. I am thinking to visit there again and try the rest of the menu.

Some will say Asahi has a better hibachi, but I'm loyal to Fuji Yama. If you like flavorful fried rice, Fuji is the best!! Hibachi is affordable, especially during lunch hours. The staff really put on a good show (majority). I like their sushi rolls, but if you're craving sushi ~ Sakura on Carriage House is the best place.

The food here is as good as any other Japanese restaurant in town but it's kind of a "hole in the wall" type of place. If u r on a date they do have semi private booths, but in the same way if u like am atmosphere of the whole restaurant as an experience this isn't the place. The Service... More

The food is usually good-in fact I chose this place for my birthday a couple of years ago. The staff is rude, rude, rude! I will not go back or let my husband go there!

This has been my favorite restaurant for years and I'm happy to get to rate it. We go there for hibachi, sushi, tempura and take-out. No matter which type of dining we go for it is always excellent. The wait staff is polite, knowledgeable and well trained. The food is always fresh and delicious. For hibachi the show is fun... More

We love having hibachi here! The food is really good. On weekend nights they are really strict about the hibachi area, so if someone in your group are not getting hibachi, then ask for a table or go at a less busy time. The lady that is always there will pitch a fit otherwise (which could count as entertainment)

We have been here 3 times. The sushi is consistently good and the price was reasonable. The first time we went was a busy Saturday night and food and service was great. The second time, it was 2:00 on a weekday and they weren't busy. I don't know why we had to wait several minutes for anyone to acknowledge our... More

This is our second time going to this restaurant, the hIbachi, that was awesome and the service was great. This time around same great experiance, we were seated right away even though they were packed. The server Sam took exceptional care of us, recommending some differant sushi items.....the menu was great and the prices were reasonable. The brought our three... More
