Called in a take out order which was a catfish dinner received one piece of fish hardly any fries. Then I asked if there was silverware in there they said yes and there was none. Even after calling it in still had to wait a very long time inside. Very disappointed will not go back to that one.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way out of town. This was by far the WORST experience we've ever had at a Cracker Barrel. I had to send my entire meal back: the eggs and sausage were lukewarm at best, the pancakes were not only cold (the pat of butter just sat on top of the stack/never melting), they... More

We stopped at Cracker Barrel in Jackson Tn. for breakfast ,we ( myself, wife, granddaughter and 2 1/2 yr old great granddaughter) did not have to wait for a table, and our food came to us in a reasonable time. The food was very good, even had egg beaters for people that can't eat real eggs, I would definitely eat... More

I'm a charter bus operator and I visit a lot of Cracker Barrels. This one is one if not the worst one in the system. The management seems to be hanging around the hostess stand flirting with the hostess. The server that I had did her job by bringing the food as soon as it got ready because it was... More

A couple of years ago I would have given this place 5 stars. The food is still very good but the last couple of times I have noticed they have cut back on portion size. My wife and I usually get the roast beef dinner. They used to give you a good portion of roast beef but the last couple... More

My colleague and I ate at this location recently while in the area for work. I liked the low wait times at this location as compared to others during the dinner rush.

Now.. there is an unwritten rule that at Cracker barrel one should stick to breakfast (the idea being a restaurant known for a certain food genre does best when they stick to what they know). But lately, when I go to CB it is the same menu items for me no matter where I am: chicken fried chicken with mash... More

This place has become "too big for its britches." I have been coming here for many years, but the service/servers have declined and the servers act surly unlike in the past. They act like they are doing you a favor. They tend to always forget something you ask for or get the orders wrong. However, the straw that broke the... More

I've eaten at many Cracker Barrels through the years, but will have to say this was my favorite. Our breakfast was large enough to split and I love the way they do their pancakes. A little on the chewy side and the real maple syrup is a nice added touch Coffee great--everything was very good and you have to love... More

The breakfast menu has choices for almost everyone. Their food is always top quality and service is very good.
