We had lunch at Picasso while passing through Tennessee, chosen based on the TA listing and comments. We were not disappointed. It is right off the highway and easy to find, with plenty of parking. We had the five cheese pizza and the [half-price] lunch special. Both were excellent and the restaurant's reputation is well deserved.

Yes, it has been given awards for food and service but I can honestly say the G'man pizza and the Greco-roman antipasto were better than any you'll get around these parts. Fire brick oven and great crust!! Right off I-40 easy on off

My lady & I were returning from a family Christmas visit to Canada and stopped in Jackson for the night on the way home to Texas. We saw Picasso highly rated on TA and decided to give it a shot. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Minimal decor - bare concrete floor, simple tables and chairs, open kitchen. Just right for a pizza... More

All in all, we were not disappointed, the pizza was good, but not as good as a #1 rating would make you expect either. Service was slow, we came in at a change in shift, which surely added to the delay, it took a while to get the pizza even though at the late lunch time we were in there... More

Have visited several times and stands up to all the pizza we've had around the country. Have a few rotating beer taps that often have some excellent selections based on your taste. The servers and staff have always been excellent.

We decided to eat here based on other great reviews and we weren't disappointed. We had to wait about 20 min, but not too bad for a party of 5 on a Friday night at 6:30. We had the Black and Blue pizza and the Scotts Carribean Jerk pizza. Both were very good. Great local beer selection according to my... More

Pizza's are great here, though I prefer to not have them coat the crust with butter. They make their own dough and use a big Italian style domed pizza oven and not the conveyor belt ovens.
