Nothing to get excited about.

Food was ok. An average selection with a lot of starchy food. I read somewhere that the gift shop was like a garage sale. Not that bad, but close. Nothing special and over priced.

We stopped for a late lunch between 3-4 pm. The buffet silverware in a open basket was not clean. Flies were landing on and around the food. Buffet selection choices were on the slim side. Raised on "Southern" veggies I was disappointed in the lack of flavoring. The northern beans were crunchy. Salt and Pepper didn't increase the texture or... More

Nice stop about an hour west of Nashville on Route 40. The country store has lots of souvenirs and the bottled water and sodas are reasonably priced. The jellies and pickles are really marked up. I bought delicious jam at her dude ranch last year for half of the price. THe buffet had a nice salad bar. The fried chicken,... More

Granted it was awhile ago {13 years to be exact} that we ate here during our weekend stay at her Ranch. The food was terrible. The only thing that was any good was the ice tea. I'm sure Mrs Lynn isn't aware of this or she'd not stand for it! Still though your there for being her fan so it's... More

Cute little place, earlier reviewers complained about the music, there wasn't any while we were there and I had been looking forward to it. Had the buffet, reasonably priced, decent but not gourmet. Staff was friendly and efficient, gift shop was fun, actually bought some sweet gifts to take home. A bonding experience for my youngest daughter and I.

We had the breakfast bar. It was about 8:00 and the food was old. The bacon age was ok and the eggs were eatable. The grits was like wall paper paste. The biscuits were doughy and I can't remember what else was on the bar but nothing looked good. My wife left everything that was on her pate and we... More

Its a buffet style meal that is just kind of average as far as quality goes...its not bad...but for the price they charge, they could do better. Not a very large selection of food for the price.

Too bad for Loretta Lynn's Kitchen, was the worst place I've eaten in a long time. We asked for "real" butter & we were told they don't use it there. The restaurant was built in the 1970's & it never has been updated. Food was not good, inexpensive for those on a low budget. We only stopped because we thought... More

After dodging potholes and broken chunks of asphalt as I drove up the steep drive, my expectations were not high. We went in and checked out the "buffet". There was not much variety and it looked dreadful. We left, went down the hill to the Log Cabin, and had an absolutely delicious meal!

We stopped on the way back from Chattanooga. The buffet had almost everything that was on the menu for the same price so we decided to try it. The fried chicken was dry and the rest of the food didn't have much taste. The only thing on the salad bar wqas iceburg lettuce, fake cheese, tomato and broccoli. The waitress... More
