Nice place to stop.

Stopped in after a drive with the top down. Nice little place and just what was expected. Hamburger was good and drinks were cold. Just a little old country store with an old lunch counter. Nice place to stop occasionally.

Sweet People. Great value. One guy's review (Joe B) said this is not a good value for him. LOL! That is crazy. A 1/2 burger is under $3. What in the world does he want? Awesome Meatloaf. The Philly Y'all is the best one I've ever had. Their deserts are always good too. Breakfast - huge omelets, pancakes, biscuits &... More

not a good value for my money, will not be back, owner acts like she is afraid to give her customers a fair portion of food. I have seen her actually make the grill cook count out the fries for an order [ six or seven at the most] will not be back. this was a good restaurant at one... More

Went for Thursday night dinner (the only evening they are open). Very good meatloaf, creamed spinach, and carrot souffle. Friendly service. Not fancy - but very good. The grilled Honey Bun dessert is a winner!

This place is a hidden jewel. Going into the Drugstore is like walking into the past. The food is awesome and they all make you feel right at home!!

Always a pleasure to come eat here. The food and the Atmosphere always great! The staff is very friendly and pleasant from the first time I walked in through the last time I dined there. Very much recommend for a great place to eat!

I had the special, which was a meatloaf sandwich, grilled with with cheese and served on Texas toast. The meatloaf was delicious and a whopping 2 inches thick! Old fashioned crinkle cut fries we as a perfect companion. The folks there are super friendly and go out of their way to make your order perfect.

Has anyone ever heard of Greenback Tennessee? Well if you haven't it is tiny little town that is so small it is what we refer to here in the south as a "wide spot in the road." It doesn't even have one traffic light. What it does have is a great little diner. The diner takes you back in time,... More

Sorry to discontinue the set of good vibes on this page, but my meal here was just not ... impressive. I saw flies hanging around the ingredients on the counter. The fried okra was frozen, not fresh, and I believe the same can be said for the french fries, onion rings, and so forth. The waitress botched my order, giving... More

The Greenback Drug company (no longer a drugstore) is a wonderful country diner. We ate there twice on our recent trip to Tennessee. The food is simple (biscuits and gravy are a must) and the portions and service are great! One negative, the coffee is really weak! Visit the museum next door and the restored depot while you are there.
