Dinner

I love the food and the service. The portion size is large and the outdoor patio was very cool and relaxing.

Guacamole was turning to black and the queso was pretty tasteless but somehow I managed to finish my entire chimichanga meal. Great, light tortilla chips. Wish it had been just a bit better.

We had fairly good service, the portions were large and very filling. The food was so-so, it was good but had some issues. Such as my entree, the Popeye, a chicken dish; the chicken was a bit rubbery. My son's fajitas had as many onions and peppers, if not more, than it had meat. The food was good though. The... More

I love the food, especially the burittos, and the rice & beans. The portions are good. Fresh warm tortillas and salsa are brought first thing, really good.

It was after 8 on a Friday evening. Fortunately, it was still warm enough to enjoy the outside patio. We were seated quickly and immediately served a dish of tortilla chips and a cruet of salsa, which was watery, but tasty. The menu is quite inclusive and extensive. I opted for the 3 chimichanga plate, which included a beef, chicken,... More

The homemade guacamole was absolutely amazing! The service was quick and the chips were fresh. Beer was served ice cold and with a frozen mug. The beer prices were quite reasonable (especially for imports). We had a great time. The restaurant is right off of the interstate, so it's easy to get to. We'll be back!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant on this side of the river. I have tired all the popular trendy ones likes Casa, El Chico, etc., and this is my favorite. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Always a crowd because it is so good and inexpensive. The only complaint is that the woman's restroom is always a mess and needs... More
