Pizza, Pizza, Pizza

Best pizza in Memphis, period. Thin but chewy crust, just the right amount of delicious sauce and good quality cheese make this as close to NY style pizza as you can get in these parts. So good, in fact, that it doesn't need other toppings. I'm sure there are other good things on the menu but I... read more

We have been to the restaurant about 4 times. The first time, I didn't really wow me, so about a year later, we went back to give it a second chance. They had me at blue cheese vinaigrette. Served on their plain-Jane house salad, this is a nice change of pace from your typical 7 dressing choices. They usually always... More

We have eaten here on many occasions, but we always try to go here for our very special occasions. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the servers are attentive but allow you quiet time in between... and everything they serve is beyond delicious. The price is right, too!

Brooklyn Bridge restaurant has been serving delicious Italian fare for over 28 years in Memphis. It's a neighborhood place & draws people from all over the city in addition to the regulars. I typically order the pizza which is excellent. OK, I always order the pizza b/c it's my favorite in the city. This trip I tried something new and... More

We had been recommended to this restaurant by my boss and couldn't be happier. We were complaining that there are only chain restaurants where we live in Lakeland. She suggested this place and it was great. Really good homemade Italian, not a chain! Also you can get a great coupon on their website, for pretty much a free dinner. I... More

We asked some family members where we could find a good Italian restaurant, and they recommended Brooklyn Bridge. We met some friends there that found a coupon online on the restaurant's website (yay discount!), and although we had a little trouble finding it, we had a really good time. If you don't know what you're looking for, you'll miss it.... More

We had a good experience on a Monday night when the place was crowded with regulars. I suspect the half price bottle of wine is the Monday draw. Service responsive friendly and knowledgeable . We had veal , tortellini and manicotti ; all were tasty and ample portions. Salads satisfied and I enjoyed the house Italian blue cheese dressing .... More

Service EXCELLENT. Location very good. Had been quite a while since I had eated there . Was looking forward to great meal . All dishes are very pricey so I was expecting something special. I ordered the spinach lasagna . The salad was extremely skimpy but ok small plain very good dressing. The lasagna was a bowl of cheese .... More

Desapointing place. I had pasta arrabiata and the Shrimp special. The arrabiata did not bite much... too saucy. Probably cooked the day before and reeated. The Shimp was just OK. The ange hair was overcooked and the dish was cold. Service OK, I guess and the decoration, well, what can I say. Did not have dessert.

For those of you who don't read the whole review, my bottom line is: Super, friendly staff Great service Lovely atmosphere Decent to great food Our family arrived somewhat bedraggled on a Friday night "hangry" (describes grumpy person due to hunger). We were in Germantown and for as lovely as it is, the very, very discreet signage and low lighting... More
