Description: Welcome to Puckett’s! Founded in the fifties, people have been congregating at Puckett’s for over a half a century. We’ve updated a bit, added some recipes from our family and friends, and thrown in some great live music. But it’s still Puckett’s Grocery... nothing too fancy, but everything good. It’s where the locals go for real food, real people and real fun.Consider Puckett’s for private party rentals and catering needs.

The PERFECT way to wind up a work trip in Franklin! I can't say enough about Puckett's Gro and Restaurant. The space is warm, clean and inviting. The live music was mellow and exactly the right volume for the happy/dinner hour(s). The menu varied and descriptive. The service extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And the FOOD was everything promised to be...at... More

This is a must visit place. We stopped in on a Sunday morning for breakfast. We chose the buffet and it was excellent. All you can eat $9.99 for adults and the variety was good and plenty. Great atmosphere will definitely return.

Let me say that I had no idea what to expect, but I was trusting the TA reviews. Wow! What an experience. The restaurant is no frills and looks like a flea market gone bad on the inside. The appetizers were good but nothing special, so I was a little worried. Things changed dramatically after that. The Cajun chicken and... More

I had the fried oyster poboy and my husband had the shrimp oyster combo poboy. They were really good. It's very reasonably priced. Our waitress was very sweet although it's one of those places where they constantly come to your table to ask if everything is ok. But, I guess that's not a bad thing.

Food, especially the bacon, lettuce fried green tomato sandwiches, chicken fried steak, fried balogna sandwich, you name it, was excellent! Even during a Tuesday lunch, the place was vibrant. Can't wait to go back!

My colleague got the biscuits with fried chicken and gravy. Oh it also comes with potatoes. Oh my. I got something more modest--one egg and biscuit. All of the food was delicious. The atmosphere is fun. We marveled at the giant cans of Campbell's cream of mushroom of soup on the shelves behind our table. Downtown Franklin is charming and... More

We have lived in Franklin for a year and a half. Each time we have someone to visit us, especially the first time, we take them to Puckett's. Their chicken, barbecue and breakfast are all great. You should get there early for breakfast and call on the weekend to make sure they are open for the evenings. They will have... More

We enjoyed lunch at Pucket's in December. The food was good and service was ok. It was a busy day and it seemed that they were pushed. Some of the items were really good like the beef brisket but ,unfortunately, the sides were too salty.

Enjoyed our brunch at Puckett's. You can choose their breakfast buffet but we ordered off the menu. Everything was delicious and made as requested. It is a great place for a big party and is family friendly. Our waitress was very attentive too. You feel like you are in a country store!
