We actually ate here twice on our 5 day visit, so we must have enjoyed it. The first visit we had a salad and a sandwich. The brisket was very good. There are 6 sauces with different heat levels. Our waitress for our first trip was not great, but when we were leaving, we noticed there was a little sign... More

Though this restaurant, set in the midst of a vast and poorly-marked retail jungle, is an hour's drive from our house, we have enjoyed the ambiance and the barbecue. As is their practice, Famous Dave sent an email offer for my daughter's birthday, which could be exchanged either for a "Little Wilbur" child's meal or a $10 discount on other... More

Food was over the top. The service really good and down home. The chicken and pork is delicious and the brisket (ok). The sides are to die for--- love the baked beans!!! Also the rolls they serve (corn bread).... wow, like cake.

Barbecue is very good. The menu has a decent variety of choices in addition to the barbecue dishes. There are 6 (I think) different sauces from sweet to spicy. The family platter is a favorite which serves four easily. It is served on a garbage can lid. The corn muffins are exceptionally good - moist and a bit sweet. The... More

My family ate at Famous Dave's. We all thought it was very good. The service was great and the food was hot as it came out to us. No problems. It is a great place to eat.

The service was the best thing about this place. It was wonderful. I hadn't eaten at a Famous Dave's in a while because the one I frequented (Florence, AL) closed a few years ago. The food was good, but not great like I remember it being. The cornbread, however, is insanely delicious. Our wonderful waiter kept them coming.

Too much fatty meat, too much salt, too much sugar. I know barbecue joints all all about these ingredients and yet, being a rib lover, I thought I'd try this place----it has "famous" in the restaurant name after all. So I ordered the ribs without sauce, exchanged fries with a baked potato, and got the coleslaw. The ribs were soooo... More

I'm a huge fan of Famous Dave's chopped pork, and this did not disappoint. Good service, and easy to find near the mall. This location is the only FD's I have been too, that provides MINI CORNBREAD MUFFINS as a mini appetizer. I saved mine until after the meal for dessert.

Before I moved to the area and tasted really good BBQ I thought Dave's was good (for a chain). But after going back now following experiences at other restaurants it's just 'ok.' Service was very good but their food is too salty and 'boring.'

As we drove in, I said "not many cars for Saturday night." But, we were tired from driving and wanted BBQ since we were in TN. Should have followed our instinct! It was awful. Meat was ok but sauce had a strange flavor. Every side seemed to have an off ingredient added. Server was nice, but for an empty restaurant,... More
