We had just gotten to town and were pleased to find a good Happy Hour (only Sun or Mon through Thursday though - we were there on a Wed). I had the Rattlesnake Chicken pasta which is the house specialty, and it was good. We'd stop here again.

I have been going to the Chop House since 1995 and in that time I have had only one bad experience. The menu is mostly a mixture of Southern style foods. I love their green beans and the pork chops! There are several beef, pork chicken and pasta plates to choose from. The Rattle Snake Pasta is a spicy chicken... More

Full disclosure...I have to admit on the front end that I know the owners and actually worked with them many years ago at a small local chain called The Cooker. That being said, this restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat in Franklin. This is an independent restaurant that is extremely well-managed and consistent in food and service.... More

I had eaten her years ago but written it off. I wish I would have been more loyal over the years. I've now been 4 times over the last few weeks and ventured out each time. Their ribs are really good for someone that just loves them as they should be - well done, with sauce, and falling off the... More

I finished the tough mudder in Springhill, and arrived 10 min till closing. They welcomed me in and served a perfectly cooked ribeye with two sides. Locally owned and no chains attached. Cold beer and great food! A must stop in Franklin, TN!!

We went here while staying in franklin and the food is pretty good. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very attentive. It took no time at all for our food to arrive, everything cooked just as we had asked for.
