For her post college graduation dinner, my niece chose the Macaroni Grill in Franklin. I have never eaten at a Macaroni Grill and wasn't sure what to expect. We were able to reserve a nice table for our party of 11. The staff were friendly, gracious and very accommodating. When we were first... read more

Visited this Macaroni grill last Sunday. Don't know what happened here, but the service and food was absolutely terrible. The place was empty, But we waited for almost an hour for our food. The waitress did not bring any silverware, only after numerous reminders we finally got it, for every drink refill we had to wait and remind one the... More

My husband and I stopped in on a Thursday night. Place had plenty of booths and didn't appear busy at all yet they sat us right in the aisle way. The server was very lack luster in his job. He was nice but nothing above. He asked if we wanted to start with salad or apps. We ordered salads. He... More

I was a little skeptical as it was not busy at 7pm on a Friday night. I was wrong! Beautiful restaurant, great staff and awesome food. I had the Calabrese Steak and would definitely go again when in town.

Food is subpar. Half-priced wines are great....but if there's a mistake, a manager isnt' afraid to yell at his or her employees in front of you. Not suggested.

Don't go here if you would be bothered by a sullen maitre' d, inexperienced, overworked wait staff and unclean surfaces. We waited 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and for an ordered bottle of wine which never came. This is our second bad experience here.. never again. Visit September 17, 2015 about 5 pm.

We chose a place which was near our hotel and where we could get a nice meal, but we were a bit short of time. We had an excellent waiter, Ivan, who was very animated, friendly, attentive, and made the dinner experience fun. My friend and I had a salad and split a pizza while our guests ordered the eggplant... More

The worst Macaroni Grill ever. No white zin, limited beer, awful chicken scarpillo (the chicken was old and dried out), fetticinni Alfredo noodles were warmed up left overs and there are ANTS crawling on the table!! Terrible. Don't go there.

Just thought this was an ok experience. The spaghetti with meatballs were ok and the new Buffalo chicken Parmesan was ok. The piece of chicken was large enough that it practically covered the entire plate.
