For her post college graduation dinner, my niece chose the Macaroni Grill in Franklin. I have never eaten at a Macaroni Grill and wasn't sure what to expect. We were able to reserve a nice table for our party of 11. The staff were friendly, gracious and very accommodating. When we were first... read more

We chose a place which was near our hotel and where we could get a nice meal, but we were a bit short of time. We had an excellent waiter, Ivan, who was very animated, friendly, attentive, and made the dinner experience fun. My friend and I had a salad and split a pizza while our guests ordered the eggplant... More

We just love the olive oil dipping sauce amd bread that is served before the appetizer. I recommend the mac 'n cheese balls

The worst Macaroni Grill ever. No white zin, limited beer, awful chicken scarpillo (the chicken was old and dried out), fetticinni Alfredo noodles were warmed up left overs and there are ANTS crawling on the table!! Terrible. Don't go there.

Just thought this was an ok experience. The spaghetti with meatballs were ok and the new Buffalo chicken Parmesan was ok. The piece of chicken was large enough that it practically covered the entire plate.

We tried the $10 three course lunch which is a great price for lunch. You get your money's worth. The mozzarella fritta is a one bite serving but it's good. The Caesar salad was good and fresh. You can pick from four entrees. We choose the ravioli alla vodka and the fettuccine Gorgonzola - both were good, filling, and a... More

We went to celebrate a family member's birthday. While waiting for our table we decided to have a cocktail. The Bartender was a friendly fellow who made some great tasting drinks. When we were seated, our Server was a very nice young lady by the name of Tia. She was very warm, and attentive to us. I ordered the Chianti... More

Well, the experience was bad from the start. It took us 10 minutes to speak to the host but there were only 10 people in the whole restaurant. Our service was not good either. Our kids' food came out before we had drinks or even bread. Our salads came and we had to ask for the appetizers. The main course... More

We used to go much more often now trying to keep healthier habits, so we revisited after a while. My favorite used to be stuffed mushrooms -now they changed again the recipe -probably introduced goat cheese instead of ricotta. The food is quite oily -too much fat compared to typical italian food -swimming in oil. The waiter was pleasant but... More

We should have known that when we got the end booth in the corner that this would not end good. We were ignored during the whole meal by our waiter since we were stuck in the "death corner". Our waiter took our order, got our drinks and that was the last time we saw him until we had to get... More
