Excellent food, love the ONION RINGS

We have had dinner here too many times to count. Love the crab cakes, cocktail shrimp (we usually share). They have wonderful little roll balls with a special butter. Lettuce wedge salad is delish. Filet mignon is out of this worl, even the petite it too much for one person. Have had many meals... read more

I have eaten here several times. It is very formal atmosphere and the prices are very high. The servers were friendly and provided impeccable service. Not a place I can afford to go to on a regular basis, but wonderful for a special occasion.

My husband had heard of this place & wanted to try it. We stopped on our way home after a long day of outside fun on a Saturday evening. We were told the wait would be 40-45 minutes. We were tired & hungry so considered if we wanted to wait. We decided we would wait if we could sit at... More

The over all experience was good. Had the prime rib, it was a little fatty, but not an issue. Dessert is great. Service was excellent. Parking can get rough during prime dinner hours. Meals are costly, so be prepared.

Started out with the house salad. Chopped up very nice & also fresh. Then we both got the coffee rubbed fillet. 1 of the best steaks I've ever had. Should've stopped there but noooo. Had to get the carrot cake to share. He was walking up with it I said to my wife "are you ready for this?" It was... More

I was traveling to Nashville and staying in Franklin and decided immediately that I had to have dinner at Stoney River. I was not disappointed! I had the Cesear salad....which I had never had there before. It was delicious. I then ordered the petite filet & baked potato. The steak was amazing and cooked just perfectly! I love the butter... I really wanted to like Stoney River. My husband and I drove by the Franklin location many times and finally decided to check it out on a Sunday afternoon. We expected the steakhouse to be informal, somewhat like an Outback Steakhouse, with several pages of options. The setting itself exceeded our expectations but--like other fancy restaurants--there wasn't much selection. When... More

Stoney River's coffee-cured filet is the best upscale chain steak in the world bar none. Its flavor is unmatched by Ruth's Chris, Morton's, or Flemings. (I can't speak to more expensive places.) Stoney River's house salad is delicious with herb vinaigrette dressing accompanied by their fresh rolls with cinnamon honey butter. I've liked all of the sides I've tried, but... More

Great dinner recommend to anyone. Steaks were awesome and desert was to dye for. Can't wait to go back. But be prepared for a big ticket but well worth it.

Have been several times now over the last year or so for Sunday brunch - always enjoyable, always good quality. A bit on the high side, but the quality is there to justify it. Only thing better would be if they placed more soft surfaces in the restaurant to absorb sound.
