Delicious

We arrived before 6, so we could only order appetizers. The Caesar salad was one of the best I have ever had. We also tried the Buffalo chicken on a biscuit, gumbo, and bam bam shrimp - it was all wonderful. Look forward to returning and trying out the full menu.

I had the halibut with grits special ($36). The fish could not have been cooked better. Served on a bed of very slightly cheesed grits and turnip greens with a hint if apple cider vinegar.

Great local establishment. It's worth seeking this place out. The vibe is eclectic, the service is 5 star, the wine list is excellent and the food is top notch. Live music most nights. There's a cool bar and the "Blue Room" can be secured for private events. The highlight, though is the food. Imaginative twists on some mainstay dishes (Country... More

Nice atmosphere, good food, good wine. I had the scallops and they were cooked perfectly. Lots of good choices. A varied menu.

We love the Studio Tenn theater productions which take place literally 25 steps away from Saffire, so we always stop here for a few drinks and a Cheese Plate prior to the performances. We sit at the bar, chat with others, most of whom are locals, and it's a really great vibe. Good service and great food overall!

A friend and I had heard good reviews for Saffire so we tried it for lunch. I had the fish tacos and she had the chicken sandwich. Both meals were ok but nothing special. The atmosphere and service were good. Based on the price of the lunch and the quality, I will not be back.

We recently went to a guitar show in the Factory Shops in Franklin Tennessee and stumbled upon this restaurant. We decided to go there for brunch and were delighted with everything! The food, atmosphere, service were all top notch! We loved it! If were were in the area longer, we would have loved to come back for dinner too! Highly... More

We were 3 for dinner, each with a different entree. The proteins were all cooked well and were of a decent portion but the sides were lacking in this respect. If you pay a good amount for a meal it should be reflected in the the amount of food----no? A chicken leg and thigh with string beans, pork chop and... More

The Saffire is tucked in a corner of space at The Factory. We had time to kill before attending a music venue and decided to have a drink at Saffire. It being happy hour, they had a Saffire Martini for $5. Very relaxing atmosphere and very good mixologist! We did not eat at the restaurant, but it filled up quickly.... More
