It was our anniversary and had never been to Saffire restaurant - which is not far from where we live. Had no expectations as I'd heard mixed reviews, mostly good though. They must have been short-staffed that evening because we waited too long to be seated although there was not another person waiting. THEN it took at least 10 minutes... More

A great brunch selection. We were surprised they weren't packed. The grits were out of this world - very creamy. My friend said the shrimp and grits were amazing. The kids enjoyed their fare. The coffee was excellent. The only downside was my egg Benedict of the day with shaved pork chop although tasty was room temperature. Did not stop... More

I have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Particularly enjoy the live music. Attentive waitstaff, good menu of well prepared food. Great atmosphere. Nice place for a dinner among friends. Located a bit out of the ay at the Factory (Frnklin Rd) in Franklin .....at the North side entrance.

We had the Steak & biscuit Benedict, with the grits, BLT $ E, as well as the Croque Madame both with the potatoes, and we shared them all. The steak is filet tip that are not well trimmed so they were very tough and hard to chew much less swallow. The grits were however wonderful! The Croque Madame and BLT... More

The restaurant is located in an old factory with a tall ceiling and big windows. The waitstaff is friendly; however the food was inconsistent. The porkchop, mac and cheese, and fries were good, but the creole shrimp & grits was not edible due to the high salt content. Our server brought me a side of just grits, and they were... More

We came in to enjoy the night, sat at bar and wanted to try a nice bottle of wine. We gave Adam our price range and he recommended a bottle of Petit Petit. It was splendid! THE ATMOSPHERE IS MAGICAL. The cheese plate was the perfect addition to our bottle. Adam was attentive to us yet was aware that we... More

I attended a dinner here for about 40+ people on a Friday night. Food was very good- especially the chicken-fried chicken over mac and cheese. The service was awful. They assigned one waitress and she was overwhelmed, slow, and could not remember an order to save her soul. For the dinner service they finally assigned a second waiter but that... More

In the factory complex in Franklin...Google had no idea how to tell me where this was...kept me circling. It is in Building 11 in the Factory complex. Not a lot of exterior signage unless you come down Franklin road and see the billboard. Once found it was worth the trouble. While the menu was not large, everyone in our group... More
