Food was authentic and full of flavor. Good quality ingredients and well put together. Small menu, but each item seemed to be perfected. Cocktails were very good and service was friendly and helpful. Would certainly return.

There are some new options in downtown Franklin expanding the variety of restaurants for business and date night settings. However, I still come back to Saffire as my favorite choice. From a changing variety of special entrees each week supported by several favorites, you don't walk away from a meal here wishing for more. The fully stocked bar and there... More

My fiancee and I consider ourselves foodies and we really enjoyed the food at Saffire. Great craft beer selection, great service. Great place for a date night. It was a little tough to find for a tourist, it is inside this art mall. There was a piano player playing the entire time we were there.

The service and atmosphere was good. The bar fits the location. I had the crab cake salad and it was a bit fishy. The salad dressing was good though. The Caesar was good. The chicken sandwich was good. The fries were really good. The hummus was a bit too creamy to be called a hummus. Overall, we enjoyed the meal,... More

Foodie Southern food & cocktails for a night out with your date, another couple, whomever. A rarity in Franklin: a place to dine without kids, mostly. Located in "The Factory," a former factory that houses art galleries, antique shops, specialty stores, and more ... as well as Music City Roots' live performance broadcasts. Sort of upscale, sort of hip, very... More

IE: I ordered the crab cakes.. they were 15 dollars and there was to cakes the size of a QUARTER each.. yes a quarter... can not share them. The salads were good but once again... More

My wife and I ate here last Saturday and everything was flawless. The compimentary biscuits were tasty and we went with the half dozen oysters that were fried in cornmeal. Unbelievable! Main course was a rib eye, potatos and asparaghus with a side of white cheddar macaroni. Our cucumber martini was amazing. This was our second time here and we... More

We stumbled on this place in the middle of the Factory Shops while attending a guitar show. Once we looked at the menu, we decided that we just had to go in for lunch. Glad we did. There's a lot of interesting seafood, and if you like oysters, you'll be in heaven, for they have a number of varieties available.... More
