Went to Saffire with friends for dinner and really enjoyed our meal. Made it for 1/2 priced wine bottle night on Tuesday, which was terrific! The 5 of us each ordered something different and we enjoyed it all. I will definitely go back to Saffire next time I am in Franklin.

This place was recommended by the woman in the bookstore I was in earlier. She said it was artsy and interesting. I loved the decor and wanted to photograph everything. They have chalkboard specials including a farmer's market plate which was a nice break from the heavier meat plate specials in the area.

Enjoyed the porkchop, the collards are awesome. Chicken fried chicken was also excellent, the four of us were very pleased.

Always great food - no matter what. Very fresh and very local when possible. Artistic presentation. New ideas for food combinations. Very good selection of wine and beer. Wait staff is always fantastic!

I love going to The Factory and Saffires is, by far, the best place to eat there. It feels like the menu is a bit limited but everything I have gotten is really good. The Tuesday 1/2 price bottled wine is nice.

Excellent salads and bread. Probably the best sweet potato fries in the area. Wonderful atmosphere with varied menu!

Really enjoyed the Cuban sandwich. Fresh bread and lean tasty pork. I also enjoyed the sweet potato fries. Service was very good even though it was a little slow. DON'T order the grilled chicken. It was dry. Rumor has it it's the least favorite item on the menu for most guests. Apparently they just can cook a juicy grilled chicken.

Saffire was the choice of friends of ours who live in the area to take us to dinner on a Sunday night. The setting is unique - in an old factory - and people were dressed casually that night. We had looked at the menu online and knew that it would be a tad pricey (most main dishes $20-$35) with... More

Nice surprise! Just stopped in for a nice glass of wine and to listen to some music. The bartender had just transferred in from another location and was a breath of fresh air! Although I did not eat, the folks around me really were enjoying their food! I did not want a heavy dessert, although the Bread Pudding was very... More

Love the location and was nice to be able to have lunch before the matinee of "Fiddler on the Roof" next door. Went back for a glass of wine at intermission. My husband had the Cuban pork sandwich and I had the cheeseburger with fries. They were both delicious! Service was fast and polite. They have a pretty good wine... More
