Great beer and food!

I ate here after reading several reviews. My waitress was very friendly and informative about craft beers. I ordered a dark beer that was fabulous. I also got the small order of fish and chips. When my food was delivered the fish fillet was huge! I confirmed it was the small order. It was extremely... read more

This is the best place to go, for great beer. Period. But if you want a beer and a snack, try their calamari or their delicious pretzels. In the mood for something filling? Their fish and chips never disappoint. The Stromboli is always delicious, and you can never, ever go wrong with a pizza! Their Pecker Wrecker IPA is, hands... More

One of the things my wife and I enjoy doing whenever we travel is visiting local breweries (I consider myself a bit of a beer aficionado, and I am able to enjoy beers from a wide variety of styles), so we were excited to visit Cool Springs Brewery on a recent trip nearby. We didn't have a chance to try... More

Would be 5 without the Flies!! My family & I went here on Mother's Day. If you want fabulous fish then this is the place to go! The burgers my son and daughter got were awesome too! The waitress was very sweet & quick with service considering she was the only waitress there. Huge potential here, however there were fruit... More

I went with a friend on a Saturday with Predators playing Blackhawks in the Stanley cup Playoffs. The waitress was friendly, and she offered us to try the Beer Sampler, which consisted of 10 different kinds of inhouse beer. Needless to say, the sampler was excellent, and it was a great way to taste the different stuff that this place... More

We had fine service and they were helpful in letting us taste different beers before we ordered. Their beers were really good and we enjoyed several different ones/types. We were hoping for 'delish' Irish lunch fare and were disappointed. The Shepherd's Pie was not pie-like at all, just a mash of veggies, meat randomly smothered with mashed potatoes and gravy.... You might think a brewery would have a nice bar, but forget it in this place! Their bar is very small and only has 8 seats! When we went in all 8 seats were occupied so we sat a a table in the bar area and perused the food and beer menus and waited...and waited. Finally after over 10 minutes... More

Lately a friend and I have been taking refuge here at the brewery so we can have a drink, a bite, and uninterrupted gab time. One of the few places that doesn't roll up with the sidewalks. People are nice, food is good, and service is what it is dupposed to be: SERVICE. Thx CSB for your warmth and hospitality.

Local brewery/restaurant with good food. They have a very interesting mix of beer (ales, IPA, porter, stout) with even more interesting names (e.g., Twitches Wit, Pecker Wrecker). The beer is good - and so is the food. They have one of the best fish and chip offerings in Nashville. Wide variety of food selections - including pizza. Live music on... More
