Great National Mexican Food Chain

This place is so busy all of the time, it has to be more profitable than a gold mine. Our family loves Chuy's. Great food, good service and good drinks. I wish they served draft beer, but they don't. The parking at this location is a real problem. You either have to circle the building forever, use... read more

Great place for a family meal. Prices are reasonable and our server was great. If you are looking for a nice, subdued place to eat however, forget it. The decor is a riot of color and there is no sound dampening in the construction. There was music playing but it was barely heard. Kids can watch tortillas, etc., being heated... More

Came here on a Saturday not during lunch or dinner for a bite to eat with family . We had a server Named Denise who was horrible , and when she came to the table never introduced her self . Came multiple time to the table to refill chips just threw them in the bucket and left . While she... More

Great tortilla soup! Love the outdoor area! This location used to be Beethovens (an upscale fine dining location); but now, its very relaxed/casual, service was quick and even during lunch rush - parking was available and we were seated quickly.

I was entertaining for dinner and it was really tough to hear my guests with the music blaring. This seems to be a trend in restaurants. Glad for background music, but this was way over the top.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away. The chips were great. I asked for the "white" dip which I found out was creamy jalapeno. It is so good. One of my favorite things at Chuy's. The atmosphere is fun and our waitress was very good. We ordered fajitas for two. Beef and shrimp. They were excellent.... More

I will totally return to Chuys. New experience for me. Enjoyed myself thoroughly. Ate so much chips with salsa and dips that I couldn't finish my Chuychanga. Brought it home though. It was sooo good. Price was reasonable. Service was awesome and the place was definitely busy. I would definitely recommend.

Chuy's is a chain and one can argue that the food is not authentic, but it IS fresh, well made, and presented by smiling servers who work hard and want to get it right first time. We love going there just because it is a fun place, cool decor, casual atmosphere, friendly people... and the food is pretty good. Our... More

I've been to Chuy's in Houston and love the place. This one was a sad disappointment. The fajitas were bland and didn't come out sizzling. The rice was cold and the beans were bland as well. When I spoke to the server he didn't act surprised that the food wasn't great. But the creamy jalapeño salsa was good and tastes... More

This is fast casual dining so have the expectations to match. Usually full even midweek. Server in training during the latest visit along with her supervisor, both really friendly and trying very hard. Still slow so maybe the kitchen is where it really gets bogged down. Food is middle of the road. Chuy's is to Tex-Mex what Olive Garden is... More
