This was about my fifth visit. I have never been disappointed with their food, from fried okra, greens, catfish, meatloaf, etc., is all wonderful. They have great mango tea as well. Only thing I didn't care for was their banana pudding, but the main dishes more than make up for that. I read other reviews and comments about lack of... More

Great food good prices great place for lunch during the week. Stay away on holidays and Sundays because if you make reservations, you will wait forever before you are even noticed in the line!

I love this place. You can go thru the line and order your meat and sides or order wonderful salads and sandwiches off the chalk board. Humble little place with great food! Reasonably priced. Not a chain! You will not be disappointed. The mac and cheese and greens ~ OH MY!

Nice restaurant a little bit outside of Franklin. You get in a line and go thru the food choices buffet style, so there's no sitting and waiting. I had the catfish, mixed veggies, and potatoes, my wife had a salad, all were good. Will go back.

The daily dish is a little gem in the Grassland area of franklin. We go there about once a week to get wonderful grilled catfish poor boys. The corn remoulade is wonderful. The staff is helpful and kind. I've seen many occasions where elderly people with disabilities come to eat and are always assisted by the staff in getting settled... More

If you want an original southern meal in Franklin, then the Daily Dish is your place. It is a small, cozy and comfortable diner. We love "the dish" for its classic meat and three type meals, the clever salads, as well as the impressive catering service. The salads have uniquely flavorful dressings. My favorite salads are the ones with coconut... More

After recently hosting a party, we used Daily Dish catering and were extremely pleased. The chicken fingers, green beans, fried okra all were fantastic and crowd-pleasing. As a result, we heard a lot about their Sunday Brunch for Mother's Day. We made reservations for 11:00. When my family of 5 arrived, there were many people out front waiting. Despite the... More

We stopped for Sunday Brunch. It was very good. They had a wide variety of very good food including fruit, salads and deserts. It was well worth the stop. We would return.

Low key and simple comfort food. If you are generally not a fan of the meat and three like me, they offer some nice salads and great sandwiches. They also do a nice job on Sunday brunch.

Today was my third visit and I just don't see what is great about this place. The service was very slow. The hostess/manager at the door seated us and took our drink order. 10 minutes later the server comes by to take our drink order and 5 mins later someone else shows up with the drinks. The hostess/manager then follows... More
