They are the best in town for a small restaurant.. Great food, good service and great hamburgers and fries.

The portions were huge! The prices were so low! And our waitress, Lori, was an absolute jewel. I'm saying it wasn't one of the best meals I've ever had because I've been to so many fine dining & upper end restaurants it would be unfair to compare this place to one of those. And because my daughter insisted I try... More

We've dined here several times and have never had a bad experience. The waitstaff has always been extremely helpful. The restaurant is always clean. My only criticism, which isn't really a complaint, is that the entree portions are a tad smaller than one would expect.

The deserts are out of this world, and the food is fresh, and service is fast. Great food worth trying

It's okay. Nothing to write home about, but the pizza is decent and the Greek salad is good. The cannoli is way too sweet (if you know what authentic cannoli is like). Good place for families with small kids, not gourmet food.

We tend to meet our friends that live about 45 miles from us in Elizabethton as a halfway point. The great thing about this is that they have introduced us to probably the premier Italian restaurant in the area. First of all, our server, a male who's name I cannot remember, served our needs quickly and efficiently. He was very... More

Primos was a nice change of pace from the fast food scene. The garlic knots are out of this world!!! I had cheese ravioli and I was rather disappointed. It just wasn't very good. I definitely will be a repeat Customer but will try other things on the menu.

My family and I have been here several times and its always great. The food is awesome with a twist on traditional Italian. Service was good and price is not bad for serving size.

I had the chicken gorgonzola penna. Wife had chicken primavera. Both served with a good salad. Everything was superb. Definitely will go back again.
