Very Good Seafood Dinner Location Close to the Interstate

This mostly seafood restaurant is so close to the I40 interstate, exiting from the westbound ramp, you can see it's roof. It is definitely worth stoping for a wonderful fish dinner. The free appetizer of seafood "fritters" are a treat as well. This place respects seniors as well, having a dedicated... read more

Sure you can judge a restaurant by its hush puppies but if that's the positive point in every review you should be concerned. Yes the hush puppies were good, but a hush puppies does not a dinner make. Soup was cold and lumpy. Not worth eating. Broiled seafood platter should have been listed as boiled in margarine. Overly salty and... More

I had heard good things about this restaurant and was excited to finally try it. It was about 12:30 and only 2 cars in the lot should have been a dead give-a-way. The hush puppies were great. I never order chopped steak at a seafood restaurant but I did. My wife got the whitefish. My steak came with mixed vegetables... More

The décor was neat. The food however was not was we were hoping for. The food was very odd tasting. I have 3 high school to college boys. They eat everything. They did not finish their plates here. I did not care for my meal either.

Great place to have seafood. Food is always good, service is great and the grilled fish is fresh. Enjoy the hushpuppies as a complementary appetizer, always a great touch.

We live close by and eat here a few times a year. The seafood is above average for this area. Hushpuppies are always good. The service and food is sometimes great, other times not so much. It does not seem to be effected by day or time - I've had same experiences with lunch, dinner and weekends. Price is comparable... More

My wife and I stayed the night at the Dandridge Exit off I-40 in East Tennessee. It was New Year's Day, so perhaps the restaurant wasn't up to par because of that. We knew, however, we were in trouble when we were seated at the table and whipped margarine instead of sweet, creamy butter was served. The food was exceptionally... More

Generous portions. Fresh and quick. Only wish they had offered dessert as I forgot and would have loved to try the banana cream pie

We had wonderful seafood. More than we could eat. We took our leftovers home and warmed them up in the oven and they were great. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area. This is a must stop whenever you are in the Dandridge TN area.
