This is a staple for us whenever we head towards Gatlinburg. The food and the accompanying view is great. The service is very fast and the price is right! The chicken and dumplings rivals my mom's homemade dumplings, really good! I love that you get apple fritters, apple butter, and a small glass of apple cider too! It's nice to... More

Disappointed in the taste and quality of the food...too many other restaurants in this area to go back.

The service was great and the people friendly. There is lots to pick from on their menu and such a pretty view while you eat. After you eat wonder over to the market and buy some fresh produce, jam and other goodies they sell.

We stayed in Gatlinburg for New Years 2015, and we're looking for a pancake house for breakfast. We heard about this place from our resort staff. It was well with the drive. The service was great. Great food. Large portions and low price. The apple fritters and apple cider were the best I've had. My husband loved the cider so... More

Great food, very clean, friendly staff, and very quick service! The kids loved seeing the apple trees around the Resteraunt. It was a family friendly comfortable environment. Also loved the store next to the Resteraunt. You could purchase several locally homemade items, such as apple butter, Apple cider, fresh apples, Apple pies, fresh butter & cheeses, and a variety of... More

If you're traveling to Gatlinburg, make a point to stop at Carver's Applehouse. You'll be glad you did. I enjoyed the daily special "Chicken & Dumplings," but the fresh cidar, apple fritters and rolls are enough to make the trip worth taking. The view is wonderful from the top of the hill overlooking the orchard. The atmosphere is warm and... More

We enjoyed our food at this restaurant. The chicken and dumplings were homemade and great. The pinto beans however were from a can so I think they could do better. The prices were reasonable and the store next door had apples, butter, nuts, etc. The Amish butter is excellent.

I've been here a few times, but this was the first time to eat at their little restaurant. I wasn't that impressed. The little round "fritters" were kind of stale. The prices are rather high for what it is and what you get. I ordered the BBQ plate with my 2 sides, I chose mashed potatoes and corn. The BBQ... More
