The Flying Saucer has the BEST beer selection around, a great wait and bar staff, and really good food. They have a daily lunch special M-F and a large daily menu to choose from. The management staff is always available to customers and people call you by name. Stop in for a great beer selection and enjoy the fun!

A 10 p.m. arrival into MEM put me in Cordova at 11 p.m. and I expected few options to address my lack of dinner. The Flying Saucer isn't obvious tucked into the corner of a strip mall. But for the recommendation of the hotel clerk, I would certainly have missed the place. A sizeable group on the outdoor patio on... More

I was recently in the Cordova area for business and happened upon the Flying Saucer Draught Emporium too late in my journey, why too late? Well because of all the days I missed having a delish dinner and an awesome beer! They have too many beers on tap and in bottles you could literally have a different one each time... More

As a beer knurd, I like to have a selection of craft brew to choose from. This flying saucer delivers! Not only was our waitress friendly, but service was prompt. There was also plenty of free parking right outside. Thanks Flying Saucer!

If you like beer this is the place for you, SO MANY different draughts and bottles and btw, never had anything bad to eat here either. Last night had a wonderful burger with my beer! Going back definitely! I do prefer Codova over downtown Memphis!

We've recently started going here for lunch from work. Plenty of seating and the food is fresh and really good. You can get the frequent diners card and each time you go there you get a stamp on it and once it's full you get a free meal. They have daily specials but one of our favorites is Tuesday. The... We stopped in for a snack while out and about in the area. We had been to the one downtown Memphis and was not expecting much in the way of service. So glad we were wrong. We had Jessica (JMaxx). She was so nice. She had an upbeat personality and helpful on suggestions for beers for my husband to try.... More

My wife and I came buy here on a whim, we had a decent visit to the saucer in downtown. This place blew away the downtown one, the waitress JMax was very attentive and took real good care of us, our beverages never went to the halfway point. She gave good suggestions and followed our tastes. The food was delicious,... More

This is a great place to have drinks and sit and talk without being rushed out the door. The choices of beers was amazing. Prices were reasonable. Chairs were very comfortable.

If you're a beer fanatic, this is Nirvana. If you're not, it's a comfortable place with a menu selection that, although not widely varied, is the best in town at what it does. Great care is taken with the entrees, which are homemade and blended old world style. The brats cannot be beat this side of Austria....handblended mustards, just the right... More
