Always pretty consistant good food no matter what you order. I never mind coming back her to eat because I know it will be good.

Flavor and tenderness were great, however they were not warm. We went with a large group in the mid afternoon, so didn't have a problem getting seated. Others in our group said their ribs were not hot as well. Nice place and good service.

We were only in the area for four days but since we had a big party we went to Corky's because they easily accomodated our large group. The food is very good and service excellent!!

Nothing special about this bbq. It was a good meat portion size, but very small sides for the money!

We always stop at Corky's when we are in the Memphis area. The sauce is not too sweet and the meat is never dry. The coleslaw is not our favorite, but the beans are always a hit. Everyone goes back for 2nds and 3rds.

Without question, the best barbecue in Memphis is Corky's. I'm a local & Corky's is my personal favorite. We've been rating bbq from 1 (bad) to 10 (excellent) on this bbq eating vaca, both Central and Corky's got 10s, the fist time in 7 bbq reviews. Corky's has both dry and wet ribs and we tried them both and found them the best Memphis has to offer. If only we could find this quality of bbq in AZ!

This is a great restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was plentiful and really, really good. Excellent in every way. Try it, you will like it!
