Just OK

The greeting was warm, but we soon realized that the staff had a limited grasp of English. The buffet had a few nice dishes--the lamb meatballs in particular. The naan was really fragrant and good. The three desserts had absolutely no flavor. None. The major problem was that the food was cold... read more

The service is always on point. The interior could use a little updating but is always spotless. The price is great for the service and flavor- Menu is perfectly sized and easy to understand. We go monthly if not more than that.

of our part of 4 two of us got really sick. I was almost in the hospital. I knew exactly what made us sick. As it was the only thing two of us shared that no one else ate. I called them the next morning I told them I'm not suing. I dont want anything. I wanted to let them... More

The experience starts when you step in the door and are welcomed first by the wonderful aromas and then by one of the members of the extended family who own and operate the restaurant. The food and the service are consistently excellent at the lunch buffet or at dinner. The lunch buffet is the perfect way to try a variety... More

Bombay House has a huge menu, delicious food, good service and reasonable prices. It's in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking. My husband enjoyed the lamb korma. I ordered a vegetarian sampler and it was wonderful ( I'm not a vegetarian, I just like some Asian and sub-continent vegetarian food. It's so imaginative. ) Portions were large. We... More

If you want a true taste of India and Indian cuisine, then Bombay House should be your first choice. My husband and I have visited here several times and they never disappoint. If you are trying Indian food for the first time, a tip would be to order water. Don't ever drink soda with it or you'll be surprised at... More

Indian food is my favorite all time however, since moving to Tennessee I had not found a good one. This restaurant was recommended to me by one of the staff at La Quinta. The food was excellent! Fresh, delicious and presentable. First time I have been so happy with Indian food in the past 5 years. Wish they were closer... More

Everyone has a differing opinoins on their favorite Indian restaurant. Just like American food, Indian food reflects regional variations. I find the food at Bombay House to be superior to anything in the Memphis area. They do need extra help on the floor during busy periods.

Very pleasantly surprised with our meal at Bombay House. My sons and I had the buffet for lunch. A really good value considering all the choices. We really liked the mushroom dish with a yummy sauce to dip our naan in. Yes, once you are seated they bring out a basket of hot, crispy naan. You can just eat naan... More
